We Love family history, it doesn't even have to be ours. Just came across "Find a Grave" not long ago. Would like to make sure no one goes over the same family history research that We have done, but it was years ago we got started and did a lot of leg work. With a family inquire, dug books out and have been putting mother's side of the family into computer, have yet to get started with dads. Williams, and Wilson to deal with there. Delore and Abbott on Mothers side of the family. Would like to thank Harriet Duncan Munnick and family member Mikell Delore Warner for all the hard work on the family tree and compiling the old church records - what a wonderful source for family history
George Harry McDonald HI, I just recently found this site and wanted to add the the above name in the subject box...is my grandfather. I am the oldest of the grandchildren. Altho he died before I had a chance to meet him, I was told many story's from my grandmother Ruth. I am doing the research on my grandfathers side and don't have much information at this point. But that won't stop me from trying :) Anyway just wanted to thank you for what you do have here. I would like to add that I have my grandfathers death certificate and on it, it says his name as George Henry McDonald. Typo error? Maybe. I was always told it was George Harry, that was why my uncle George Harry "Skip" McDonald was named after him. Anyway, thank you again, Debra L. McDonald-Accetta P.S. Feel free to contact me at email@example.com
William Leonard I am stunned, I sent you a private message informing you of research I had discovered after much searching for William and you which was information I thought would be helpful to you since it is your memorial you made without knowing anything about him. If you do not want to manage his memorial I would be happy to do it for you. Why in heavens name would you post my private note to you on his memorial and put my name on it. I thought you would do research on his burial and find out if he was buried here or with his first wife ???
The least you could have done was make a state he might not be buried on this site just because of what I told you and having no death date on the headstone.
Did you ever follow up with the cemetery and burial records????

He is probably not buried here - he moved to California was there in 1920 and his first wife is buried Polk co., Oregon.....is not always a good idea to presume if a headstone is a body! Did you check with the burial records?? added by Find A Grave member Pat Shaw
