RE: BLANKENSHIP FAMILY Our information, from an Ancestry tree, says both Elisha and Eli are buried at the Hogan Family Cemetery, In Clopton, Dale Co., AL. However, there is no such cemetery listed in Findagrave. Still it is possible that the cemetery exists and simply no one has created any memorials for those buried there. I will look further and let you know if I find more information.
I do not live near there, so I cannot search myself for the cemetery.
I did have your grandparents in my file, but I did not have any children or grands for them. If you have an online tree, I can find information there, but if not, I would love to have it from you. It is always good to share with "cousins."

(4) Links to parents: Father James Dalton McClenny #30526988 and Mother: Camella Jane "Janie" Baker McClenny #30527173 On the 1900 Census for Dale County, his birth month and year are listed as Aug. 1898. His parents are listed as Dalton and Janie McClenny. On the 1910 Census for Newville, Henry County, Alabama he is also listed as the son of Dalton and Janie McClenny.
