The gravestones in section B of Cedar Grove Cemetery received a one time cleaning last summer in preparation of the cemetery staff making a permanent photographic record for their files. Taking the opportunity provided by that cleaning, I have been photographing the gravestones for Find A Grave.
As you know the limit of photos for an unsponsored memorial is five. The memorial for Mary Loshbough #29349607 now has four photographs, all of her gravestone, (two appear to be the same). I would send you photographs of the cleaned gravestone to consider using as replacements but this message box isn't set up for the transmittal of photos. If there were a way to do so, I would send you three photos: one context photo of the six Loshbough gravestones in adjacent spaces in rows five and six, one photo of Mary's gravestone alone (gleaming white!), and one photo of just the inscription.
Descendants have added portraits to some of the other Loshbough memorials. So it would be good to leave space for them to be able to add one or more family portraits to Mary's memorial.
You may contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your suggestions of how this might be done. In the meantime, I will add the photo of her gravestone to the one remaining space so you can see the difference the cleaning has made.

This is my Grandmother, and I would like to take over maintaining the site. I have obituary and other information I would like to add. If you want to contact me, my email is email@example.com. I am also a contributor for Find A Grave.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.

I want to commend you on all the Find A Grave memorials you have done on this family. They have helped me immensely.
I am researching the Cauffman genealogy for my brother-in-law's mother who was also a dear friend of mine.
I have been able to gather a lot of history thru your efforts.

Hi Ms. C.,
I guess you have a connection to Albert. So I want to let you know that I added a photo of him to his memorial:
I have no connection to Albert, I just find things online and pass them on :)

I was wondering about the death date and place of death for Margaret. Her grave stone gives 11/12/1893 as her date of death. I was surprised to see that she died in Alabama. I believe she never left Missouri, and probably, never left Scott County. Could you please share your source for Margaret's death info? Margaret was the sister-in-law of my great grandmother, Sarah F. Bridges. Thank you.

You are welcome. I was so happy to be able to find info on him. It made my day that he is now not an unknown burial anymore but 'found'.

Hi, You asked to be contacted by anyone who has info on this person or family. Solomon Kauffman, Sr. is my direct ancestor (6 generations; my great-great-great-great-grandfather). Are also related to him? Is there a gravestone? There are conflicting reports of where he is buried.
