Bio Photo I enjoy writing and sharing my research with others. Contact me through Find A Grave if interested in my information or wanting to share. Thank you.

If you want to clean-up my photos, please ask me so I can send a larger image to work with. I prefer uploading them if the cleaned-up image is better. Thank you.

I am honored to maintain memorials for all Philadelphia Police Officers that died in the line-of-duty and those Brothers buried in the Soldiers' Home burial Lot at Mount Moriah Cemetery (Yeadon, Pa.) to embrace "the Warrior Ethos of honoring the sacrifice of those fellow Soldiers who died in service to our Nation."

I claim copyright for my research and photographs. It is copyright infringement for others to use my materials without my knowledge or permission. It is best to contact me via the edit tab and request permission.

Sarah Treon Lose
Thank you for your work on the Treon families. Do you have any info on Sarah Treon, b. 1823 I believe in either Northumberland or Lycoming counties? She married Levi Lose. Thank you.

Thanks you for transferring Martha Patterson
I appreciate your removing the erroneous parent links and transferring Martha E. (Mattie) Patterson's memorial to me.

After I sent you my request, I did a little looking around for the Martha Patterson who matches those parents, Matthew and Margaret Patterson (per 1870 census). I found the following death certificate which could be "your" Martha, as her father is listed as Matthew Patterson:

Name: Mrs Mattie Mackey
[Mrs Mattie Patterson]
Gender: Female
Race: White
Age: 64
Birth Date: 30 Jul 1867
Birth Place: Pennsylvania
Death Date: 4 Oct 1931
Death Place: Pennsylvania, USA
Father: Matthew Patterson <--------------
Spouse: Wm R Mackey
Certificate Number: 91949

This Martha/Mattie (Patterson) Mackey lived in Philadelphia from birth to 1930 per censuses. She married William Robert Mackey in 1899. She is buried in Arlington Cemetery, Delware County, Pennsylvania (Find A Grave memorial 124418505).

Re: Sam'l F Kiehl d. 1906
I just sent a note to the memorial creator and don't know if she will incorporate it or not, but I think of you as my go-to Kiehl guy and thought I should share. Not sure how deep your interest runs on this gent, but...

A 1937 WPA survey of this cemetery said Samuel's stone said "Son of Felix and Lydia Kiehl, adopted son of F H Wetzel and wife, died December 6, 1906. Aged 23 years, 3 months, 11 days."

William Miles
Good Morning! You are very welcome . When I photographed Williams headstone, I also took photos of other family members. Jake (1925), Marie (1970), Vincent( 1938) and Mary Schultz(1958). If you would post memorial sites for them, I would be happy to upload stone pictures for them . Please advise. Pat

Hollis Koster
It appears you have accessed manuscript material related to Hollis Koster. Can you provide me with where that material might be located? I am researching Hollis for the poetry he wrote.

RE: Police Officer George Freeman
You are very welcome. The inscription picture was difficult to take as it was hidden behind bushes. I am happy to assist and wish you luck with your research. Pat
