A ninth generation American, I've always found cemeteries interesting, peaceful and relaxing. Please notify me if I've made a mistake on any memorials I post. No one is perfect, least of all me. I will not respond to rude and disrespectful demands. I am a Find a Grave volunteer because I enjoy visiting cemeteries recording the history of those who have gone before us so as to be of a benefit of those who cannot visit the cemeteries in person to pay their respects. Be nice.|
"Remember man, as you walk by,
as you are now, so once was I.
As I am now, so shall you be,
remember this and follow me."
Have a great day!

I placed an entry for her a while ago. The Mike Mikl mentioned as a brother is my wife's cousin. (Mike's Father, Charles Mikl was my wife's father's brother).
Anyway, I'm wondering if you have an interest in this family?
She is listed under Hamer (mine) and Artus, the one you added the photo to.

Just did all my updates. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Our son, James, came down for 6 days - just left this morning back to PA. He is not looking forward to the snow. Of course, I told him he could stay and he hugged me and told me he has responsibilities. He is so grown. And yes, I cried like a baby. I transferred Carl to your loving care. Please tell Bill "Hello". Take care, sweetie!

I'm sorry for this, but I'm new here and maybe don't understand yet.
I just found this website and sent the information for his kids because they were not listed.
Maybe they should not be listed as this in not a family tree site.
You have much more experience here than I do, so I'll leave it up to you.
Should the kids be listed or not?
Thanks and sorry for the confusion.

My pleasure! I'll keep my eyes peeled for your gr-grandmother's headstone when I visit Green Mount Cemetery-I usually try to find/photograph the entries I've made that were found via records rather than 'on foot'.
Funny aside: I visited your contributor profile and saw the quote you have there. It's very close to a headstone inscription I found a few months ago recorded in a book which I then submitted to that individual's memorial page. It's my absolute favorite inscription. Memorial #28796106, Morris Mattson (1716-1776)
'Remember man as you pass by;
As you are now so once was I;
As I am now so you must be;
Therefore think on Eternity.'
Yep..that about sums it up!

You are welcome to look on our family tree. It is listed as The Garland McCombs Family Tree. We only have done a straight line. We have not added cousins. Chuck

Riverview Cemetery is the only meet-up scheduled so far in Delaware (in case you might have an interest)

You bet - happy to help out.

yes, I do have an ancestry.com account. It's a public tree... Ray/Crawford Erwin, Tennessee. Do you have a tree as well? I'd love to feel certain and have sources for the Roberson line!
