South Coast Grave Minders
RE: P.S.
I'll try that note trick next time. Glad you were able to claim them. I was going off duty of my week on the website. Glad to make the additional memorials so that you could post the photos.

Carl Arthur Anderson
Thank you for the picture. Anderson, a Swedish immigrant, was one of the ten workers who were killed at the Golden Gate Bridge construction on February 17, 1937. His dead body was salvaged from the Gate's waters two days later, on February 19, so that's his official date of death. I am writing a book on this event and the men who perished. I am based Sweden. Thanks again, and best wishes.

RE: Otto Petersen
I've transferred Otto's memorial to his great granddaughter at her request so I have no control of his info now; perhaps she can assist with your question; we are unrelated to him ......only distantly related to his wife Clara......and our info on his burial location was from notes in Clara's child's family.

Thank you so much for the photo of Laura's headstone. It already cleared up a discrepancy with the month she died. It's so great to hook up family from Conn to Calif. An fyi, I just noticed there is no gate shot for North Selma Cemetery. If there's no gate a cemetery sign could be submitted and it would appear on every memorial in the cemetery. Again, thanks for filling the photo request.

South Coast Grave Minders
Hi Nancy: There are several of us that work the Southcoast Gravers website. I wasn't the one that requested the photo, but I did go ahead and make the three memorials for which you gave information. I would be happy to request photos so that you could get credit. I do notice that you are not the only one working this cemetery. How do you want me to handle requesting the photos so that you are able to claim them?

RE: Otto Petersen
Thanks so much for the correction:) I've accepted the edit. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the CA counties! Julie

obit look-ups and headstone pictures

I just wanted to thank you again for all your work, helping me find relatives and taking pictures of their headstones. Working with you has allowed me to find burial places of spouses and create memorials to them also. I counted my relatives bd. at Reedley cemetery and there are 86.

Nancy - Can you tell me what the tombstone of Marie M. Foster says? I can read Marie - 1907.

Thanks, my friend.
