Bio and Links
Bio Photo As I am not related to most of the memorials I have created on this site, I will transfer to family members, however distant. I only request that the request be made via the edit field within the memorial.

TO THOSE OF YOU "STILL" QUESTIONING MY INPUT FOR OLD SWEDES CHURCHYARD IN DELAWARE, MY INPUTS WERE FROM THE CHURCH RECORDS AT THE TIME I INPUT THEM. NASTY NOTES ARE NOT NECESSARY AS I WILL MAKE ANY CORRECTIONS NECESSARY. OR SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CREATE A NEW MEMORIAL, I WILL BE HAPPY TO DELETE MY ENTRY IF NOT CORRECT.

PLEASE USE THE EDIT FUNCTION TO REQUEST TRANSFERS AS I WILL NEED YOUR MEMBER NUMBER !!!!!!!

Jesper Gisbert Walraven
Received your Edit Correction to remove Christiana Kerstin Petersson as wife of Jesper Gisbert Walraven.

I looked at your relationship links and you have the son linked to her as a spouse.

Please remove her son 168893215 from Christiana's memorial. The correct spouse, 168905637, is already linked to her by me.

Thank you.
Linda

Thank you. Appreciate the reply. Another family mystery. How they ended up buried in Pennsylvania. Something more to ponder. May never know. Thanks for all you do. Tanya

RE: Sanford Omensetter
Hi Joz,
That is how you turn on/off the Italics text in HTML. If something is enclosed between the "less than" and "greater than" characters, the html language that "builds" the web page see them as a text format "tags". "i" can be used for italics, b for bold. The slash "/" in the second tag indicates turn it off - end of text to italic or bold. Not all of Find A Grave fields will execute the commands, but the BIO and photo captions do.

Also.....
Looked up that member. Person is new to Find A Grave, correct? If so maybe just needs direction. And does name stand for "genealogy"? I don't know.

I saw your message about Old Swedes. I've photographed all stones here---readable or not. I've received messages as well. Grrrrrrr. My feeling is this is a very old historic cemetery and stones are fragile (at best). Better to have something than nothing at all is my view. Hopefully someday someone can match up correctly with the records they have there. That would be a major project, but worthwhile. Ignore the nasty!!! Like I said, better to have a crumbling stone than no stone at all.

Another steamy hot day :( Looking forward to cooler weather so I can get back out to cemeteries.

No rush on the copy of the Pitt gravestone to help me find Edmund's. I wondered what would happen to the church cemetery now that the church is closed. Nice to know that the cemetery is protected and the graves cannot be moved. Your information is perfect for me to find his grave the next time I am in Pennsylvania. Most grateful = Carolyn

Thank you so much Joz for your reply on the same day! Your description on how to find his grave is just what I needed. I am confident I can now find him my next trip to PA. I usually go in the spring also when a family wedding or occasion. A 9 1/2 hour drive for me. It might be that the stone has weathered so much that I cannot read what is there now so I am grateful for your photograph. My email is cmk1932@yahoo.com for you to send a copy of the Pitt gravestone. I thank you for your kind offer to meet us if we need help. I am in awe of your dedication to Find A Grave. You help so many of us. I am most grateful - Carolyn

Hi Roz - I was in the cemetery yesterday looking for Edmund's gravestone and was not able to find the location of it. I wanted to read and take notes of all that was written on the stone. Was your photograph taken recently? Did you by any chance record all that could be read on the stone? I am back in Michigan and will not be making another trip for a year. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Because of his grave number I thought it might be closer to the church. Do you know of any index that might show the location in the graveyard.
Most Sincerely - Carolyn Krueger

Linda Morrison
transfer
My name is Linda Morrison member # 46603189.
I'm requesting transfer of my cousin Alice Higgenbothom Peoples(10666377) and my uncle Robert Neil Sinex(7551553). As I'm blood relative to both.
Thanks

Also would love to make contact to see what other info you have that can help my daughter and I fill in more family tree info. As my mom's grandmother was Alice law Sinex.

Thanks Linda Morrison
