There are two Jane Pattersons buried in the Allegheny Cemetery in Pittsburgh... One died in 1858 and the other in 1863.... you may wish to check into these for your Jane Reynolds-Patterson.

Hi! Just saw a "Bowersock" on the online cemetery feed. My step-grandfather on my father's side was John Ebenezer Bowersock, also born in Ohio, Find A Grave #19948265. You are welcome to add him to your virtual cemetery. He may even be related.
Once again thank you for all the photos you have taken and supplied to families. What a great service you are providing!

The City of Lawrence only acquired the Oak Hill Cemetery a couple of years ago. The previous management was not maintaining it and was all but out of business. Here is the City site that I used to locate the area of the grave:
The information was based on records supplied by the previous management and not on a real site survey. All Oak Hill information is considered suspect. Parks & Rec Department main number is (785) 832-3450. They can get you in touch with the cemetery division.
My next trip over to the OHC, I'll try to be a little better prepared and look up the surrounding markers to get a better reference. I walked the area and don't remember seeing any Hill's either, but I'll look again.
|Roy Woodruff||RE: Shaw Cemetery|
Hi Susan, my wife's ancestors settled in Grant, Newaygo, Michigan and gave some of their land to start a new cemetery. It was called Shaw Cemetery at one time but later was renamed Hillside Cemetery. They are all buried there. My guess is that is the cemetery you are looking for.
Good Luck in your search.

Thank You for the kind works, I'm surprised anyone reads my bio. Today must be luck for me, you're the second person today who has agreed with what I wrote in my bio. With working closely with dead people for the last 15 years, I have come to think of them as my extended family. That's why in what little spare time I have, I enjoy visiting others and leaving a meaningful token and note. That is how I came to meet Agnes. I am part Native American and it is my personal belief that each time a person's name is mentioned, their spirit soars up high. When I visit someone, I speak their name and read their bio, I bet Agnes is soaring high into the heavens. Many people are forgotten by the family but when I visit, they'll know they're not forgotten. Sincerely, Robert Miller
Thank you so much for visiting my mom and leaving a token it is appreciated. Best Regards: Jeannie
