I have been interested in family history for as long as I can remember. I have found so much family information through the contributions of the Find a Grave family. There have been Simpson's from my line in Texas since 1852. Family names are Simpson, Wilkerson, Blackshear, Johnson, Keller, Coffman, Cato, Lewis, McMennamy, Blair and Williams.
If I have added a family member, please ask for a transfer. I would rather folks be with family.

Mimi, I wanted to thank you so very much for finding My Great Aunt's headstone. I looked all over when I was there trying to find it. All I could find was Solomon, S.G. and Lenis, W.D., Tho Earnest; there was a partial stump of a headstone first in the row where the Fletcher were, if i remember correctly, I always thought maybe that was Lucy. Now I'm wondering if there is another section I may have missed entirely? I went through the Rod-iron gate rows were on the left if I remember accurately. Also, by chance have you stumbled upon Zelphia Julia Fletcher Dawson's headstone? I thought she as buried next to her hubby but not sure. Thank you, Mimi. Y'all have done so much with this cemetery. Very well done. | | | terry scruggs

 | Resthaven Cemetery Photo Request Hi,
You made a photo request on Find A Grave in Resthaven Cemetery in Oklahoma City. This cemetery is ENORMOUS, so to get a photo a plot location is needed. Please contact the funeral home: wecare@resthavenokc.com
The funeral home charges non-family members (office walk-ins - like me)to do plot location lookups, so please mention your relationship. When you have the plot number, add it in the PLOT box (if you own the memorial). If you don't own the memorial, send me an email with the information.
Good Luck, Kim | | | Marshall Lloyd

 | Jesse C Cline Hi MS. Mimi My name is Charles Ray Cline, Jr. I am one of Jesse Cline's grandsons. He passed away when I was only 5 so my memories of him are somewhat blurry yet fond. He used to call me "badger". I hold that memory sacred. I know he loved me & I loved him. my last memory of him was at a hospital in Dallas. Next thing I knew he visited me no more. My parents & myself along with my aunt & uncle went to Royse City for the funeral. My memories of it once again are blurry but confusing. I, at the age of 5, was not allowed in the chapel during the funeral. The receptionist was given the dubious distinction of looking after me during the funeral. I hope she was paid a bonus. I guess my parents felt they were protecting me. I never had a chance to bid my grand dad farewell. Not to far from now my dad & possibly my sister & I are planning a trip to Royse City to pay our respects to my grand dad. RIP Pop. Badger misses you | | | Carol V
