|Larry Spencer||Rachel Neyman Tanner|
I have a picture that someone wonderes if the person on the left is Rachel. Could you e-mail me and I will send a copy to you and see what you think? The picture also has Mary Ann Neyman Nickerson, her sister, in it and a bunch of other people I don't know. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.
|Anonymous||RE: Patrick Barry|
is there away to attach a PDF file to this message board as I have it in that format. If not how about a link? I have the link but I don't recall the reel # etc. If neither is possible I will look it up later today I knew he was in Lower Canada but I didn't know he had petitions there. It's an incredible life story.
|Anonymous||Patrick Barry Sr.|
For anyone researching the Patrick Barry and Deborah Smith family, on the Library and Archives Canada site on-line there is a land petition for Patrick Barry Sr. (the date on the petition looks like it's 1811) and attached to it is the petition by his son Thomas (petition date 1819). The petition can be downloaded. The petition tells Patrick's life story and tracks his movements after his arrival in America. It's quite an amazing story.
|J||Relative of Elizabeth brother Miles Conrad|
Miles Conrad brother of Elizabeth Conrad Hooks married and had a daughter Sarah Conrad who married Dickens. They had a daughter who married Mooney, and they had a daughter, my mother. I think it makes him my mother's great grandfather.
I was hoping to get photographs of miles and his family and wondered what you could share with me regarding the family.
This site was most informative - did the stories came from journals?
I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org

|Ted DeLozier||Boyce family|
We have in our family records a Mary Ruth Sutton whom married a Benny Boyce and had 3 children, Benny Lee Boyce, Frankie D. Boyce and John W. Boyce....Mary Ruth was daughter of John Sutton and Estella (DeLozier) Sutton...I can find nothing in my searches for any/all...Noting you had a lot of information on the Boyce Family, thought I would give it a shot...In addition, my father had a good friend named Alan Sutton that is buried in Limon, Colorado...We used to visit when I was a kid, now I wonder if Alan was a relative thru these links...Great job on your memorials...Thanks..

I have built our family tree back to Henrietta and mother Harriet, but cannot seem to find any records on this William her father? Most other trees have Fredrick as her father? Do you have any other info on William? I noticed that when Henrietta signed her husbands death certificate she spelled her maiden name as Greaves?

|Anonymous||Julia Townsend Hedge|
I question the relationship of Julia to Gilbert and Armenia Gleason Townsend. I have a list of names with birthdates for Gilbert and Armenia and their children written by their daughter-in-law Adelia Schenck Townsend (wife of Absolem). Julia is NOT on this list. In checking census, I find Julia with Edwin M. Townsend and his wife Hester, and in turn they are living nearly next door to Chester Townsend and Delight (Wilbur) Townsend on the 1850 census of Livington county, Michigan. I do not believe that Gilbert and Armenia ever lived in Livingston county. When they came from NY they settled in New Hudson township of Oakland county, MI. I realize that there is a Julia Pebbles listed with Mr. Pebbles and that Armenia and her son Sylvester were enumerated under the Pebbles name in 1860, but Armenia is buried with her husband Gilbert as a Townsend. Julia Pebbles must belong to Mr. Pebbles and NOT to Armenia Gleason Townsend.
|Gale Cottrell||RE: Horace McGraw|
I'm looking into it. I think the dates are too coinsidental. I used to correspond with Horace's daughter-in-law but she has since died. I'll have to go through her letters and see what I may have missed. I also have a call in to the cemetery. The nice man there is looking up old burial records and promised to get back to me. I'll let you know. Gale
|John Franklin Horrighs||Riley J. Westcot|
I was not aware there was a duplicate memorial for this man. Mr. Moody who has sponsored this memorial is related to Riley through his gggrandfather I believe. Sorry for the confusion, I did a fairly through search before creating the memorial.
