Bio and Links
Bio Photo I became interested in my family's history about 15 years ago. Since then I've located many relatives, some living, most not, mainly through internet research. My family lines are Wilder, Watson, Pearson, Howell, Hazel, Marberry, Young, and Robinson. Several distant cousins who found me online very generously gave me the Hazel family Bible with the names of my forefathers inscribed in it & a Hazel photo album of my ancestors.Prior to receiving those, I hadn't known the names of my Hazel ancestors, much less what they looked like! What gifts they were!
I have also worked on my husband's family tree and the main surnames in his tree are Lane, Bryant, Shepherd, Barnett, Potts, Armstrong, Killick & White-West. Working on these lines with other family members (Sue!) has cemented lifelong friendships that I cherish.
For me, the last chapter of documenting an ancestor's life is finding their final resting place and hopefully, getting a photograph of their grave. It is my way of honoring them and preserving their memory for generations to come.
Find-a-Grave has been such a great tool in completing the stories of so many of my ancestors. Many wonderful volunteers have provided photographs for me and I hope to be able to do the same for others. Any photographs I have posted on findagrave may be used without permission or any credit given. The more people who share the photos the longer our departed loved ones will be remembered!
I have been married for over 30 years. I have 3 adult children, and 1 shelter dog. Now that my kids are grown and on their own I am able to devote more time to what I love to do - work on my family tree! They all think I'm a little over the top with my passion for genealogy, and I would have to say, I agree with them!

Old Corinth Cemetery
I have been meaning to ask you if you have seen the booklet "Corinth Revisited" in reference to the history of Old Corinth Cemetery.

Please send edits by using the edit tab on my memorial. I think that would be the best way to handle it.

RE: Marberry/Harmon
Thanks for your reply. I think Mary Ann was married to William Frederick because of her tombstone unless there is another Frederick (Fritz).

I think I will leave the memorials as they are. Maybe someone in the future will know the connection.

Thanks for your help and removing the info from the memorial.

The Tanners

I'm helping someone document the Reevesville (IL) cemetery. We came across William Frederick (Fritz) Harmon Hardaman and his wife, Mary Ann Marberry's stones there.

I noticed you created a memorial for Lucy Caroline Hardaman Marberry that lists her father as Frederick Hardamon. Is this the same person as Fritz? If so, the dates don't match because she was born in 1854 and Fritz was born in 1848. Maybe they were siblings and their father's name was Frederick.

Just wondering if you had any other information....

Hi! I am working on getting my Hale / Hardie family together and was wondering if you would mind transferring my Great-Grandparents over to me so I can complete that part. Thank you.

PS I already added pictures to them :D

41558149 Essie Chandler Reese
Hi, I am researching my Chandler line and was wondering about the parents listed on the memorial. I believed Essie Chandler to be the sister of my grandfather William W. Chandler and to be the daughter of William H. Chandler and Christine Mayfield. Just would like further info you have on parents if you wouldn't mind. Also please note death date on stone is Mar 2, 1986. Thanks so much. Debbie
