I belong to the TriState Genealogical Society in Bullhead City, AZ. It is our goal to document all cemeteries in Mohave County, AZ. We have done Desert Lawn, Mountain View, Lake Havasu, Chloride, Oatman, Gold Road, Mineral Park, Hardyville etc. We have also done Riverview in Needles, CA and are working on some of the old mining towns in the Mohave Desert, CA.

If any one in the northern part of Mohave County could document the cemeteries to Find A Grave it would greatly help.

I would like to see all Genealogical Societies go the the cemeteries in their area with a digital camera and post the information to Find A Grave. I know I appreciate the photos I get from the east coast.

My great grandfather was Christian Ruble, born Nov 1830 in Ohio. His father was William Ruble, born 1798 in Pennsylvania and died in Ohio. I'm trying to find out if Christian and John H. were brothers and if they had a brother James.

Do you have any more information on John H. Ruble?

RE: McKee and McIndoo
I searched the library today and those that you are searching for are listed there. However, that was in 1974 and more stones were easily read. I will those others posted soon.

Susan, I searched New Union cemetery and could not the exact names you were looking for. Many of the stones in this section (both families are close together) have been broken or missing or just hard to read. I took several pics of what I did find. I would be happy to email them to you and if any of them you want posted on find a grave, I will do so. I also did not see any Jarvis stones.

RE: Cynthia Criss Christian
Where did you find that she was buried in Splinter Ridge? The library in Owen County has a lot of resources. I'll be glad to help in any way I can. Brent.

Good afternoon, Susan: Sorry about that dublicate. I did several searchs but could find nothing, and therefore I wrote the memorial. I shall delete mine. I was at Williams for a HAM radio convention at the rodeo grounds, and on my way out of town I thought that I would sample the cemetery to learn what the exploitation status is. After I got back to Prescott and searched Findagrave, I found that Williams cemetery is pretty well covered. Congratulations. Cheers, Lee

St. Johns Cemetery
Hello Susan, I've been researching a Warner family & just discovered they are buried at Saint Johns United Church of Christ in Powhatan Point. I think you might have two Fankhausers at the wrong cemetery. I called the cemetery contact person and it is not Middle Church of German Lutheran.
However I think St. Johns United is in Monroe County where findagrave has listed in Belmont. They verified that the Fankhausers are at that cemetery. thanks!
