29 Nov 2015 - Working on uploading photos for Rose Hill Memorial Gardens ... AGAIN... I will try to do the remaining 750 photos over the next week or so.
I have logged about 50+ hours in Rose Hill.
Rose Hill Memorial Gardens
at Missouri Valley, Iowa
1923 - names I've entered
3787 - total for Rose Hill
_948 - memorials with no photo
10 Nov 2015 - I visited the Rader Cemetery southwest of Pulaski, Davis county, Iowa.
I had always wanted to visit this cemetery.
Back in February 1986 I had attempted to visit this cemetery. I drove up and down the gravel roads, but never did find it. With the advent of Findagrave and the Google map locations, I could have found this cemetery before now. But it took me another few years just to get the initiative to look again.
It wasn't much of a cemetery, but it fulfilled an ambition that I had for over 30 years.
I will add some info later
2 Nov 2015 - I visited the White Cemetery at ... This quickly became one of my favorite places. I will definitely be going back to this cemetery.
6 Nov 2015 - I visited the Edmonds Cemetery at ...
7 Nov 2015 - I visited the Genoa Cemetery at ...
8 Nov 2015 - I visited the Evergreen Cemetery at ...

Thank you so much, not only for the photo, but for sending the edit so I knew it was there and could update other parts of the memorial, and also for putting flowers on the grave.

Ron, I have asked for a picture of the headstone for Sarah Frazier Coffman memorial #24493752 but have not received it yet. I hope you live close and would be able to get one for me and I did see where you had left flowers twice on her memorial so I was wondering if you might be related?

Hi: The information by Gary Brown was correct with regard to Lucetta D Starlin, daughter of George and Sarah A Short Starlin. Indeed she did marry Zebedee Kersey Bullar (notice no d at the end of the surname) and she was the mother of Ezra G, Anna and Jessie Bullar(d) --it appears the next generations might have used the extra d at the end. In addition to her 2nd marriage to Thomas Allen, she was the mother of Hattie Evalee Allen and George Allen.

Ron, I just noticed the flowers that you left on Hannah's memorial and your commendation of me for purchasing a stone grave marker for her! Thank you so much! That was a very nice surprise and very kind of you!
You have created so many new markers for your family members and also for strangers! YOU should truly be commended for your work in making sure that people are remembered and honored after death.
