We had a successful disinterment and reinterment of Jacob Youtcy in Kelvin/Kearny, Arizona. Over 300 people attended the funeral. Horses, caisson, Civil War re-enactors, Catholic priest in period vestments, the train honked as it went past the cemetery and two military planes flew over the parade and waggled their wings at Jacob as we went through town. Over 100 of his descendants and their families attended as well. God gave us a fantastically humbling day.

A Standers Affirmation

I made mistakes. Horrible ones. And poor choices. And was selfish and arrogant and lazy at times. I thought I was giving everything to my wife and marriage and children, but now I see so many places I could have done better, done more, made better choices, used kinder words.

I am still in love with my wife. I said "for better or for worse" and meant it. I said "in good times and in bad" and meant it. And I said "until death do us part" and I meant it. I still mean those things.

I will not speak angry words to my wife or about my wife. I will not use the children as pawns. I will not return slights with slights. I will speak love and goodness to her, about her.

So I am "standing" for our marriage. What that really means is I'm kneeling in prayer for our marriage. I will trust in God's faithfulness and His ability to do ANYTHING, including change hearts and reroute divorce. I was wrong in so many ways. Please forgive me, Barbara. I love you.

Heinrich Wolf
I was just wondering, what documentation have you found for the death of Heinrich Wolf, memorial #80937952 created by you. Since he is listed under unknown burial, burial at sea, and other, I just wondered if you've found documentation for his death. I mean, obviously he's dead, but I've been searching my Wolf line for many, many years now and can't find absolute proof of a death year. Any information you would be willing to share would be greatly appreciated!
Best Regards,
Rita Filler

Photo "move" request
I acquired a memorial for John Dewitt and comes to find out it is a duplicate. You were gracious to post a photo on my memorial, but need to know if you can remove it from mine and place it on the original memorial, so I can delete the duplicate that another Find A Grave volunteer made.

Remove photo from # 64918665
Place on original memorial # 59544278

Thank you!

Please let me know when you have done this so I can delete the memorial.
Have a great weekend.

Jacob Kimmel
Hi, I asked a contributor to find the grave of my ancestor Jacob Kimmel and he said he searched the entire cemetery and could not find this grave.

Ernst Fricke: Buckley, Illnois
Hi Daryl & Barbara! I really look up to you for researching and posting information about our past loved ones!
I was wondering if Ernst Fricke was in your family tree and if so please disregard this message. Ernst is the 2nd great grandfather of my wife June. We had just put a new gravestone beside his original one this past summer which has humbled June and her family in more ways than you can measure.
I was wondering if Ernst wasn't in your lineage if you would be so kind to transfer management to me so that I can post more information about this family on Find A Grave.
Thank you for a response!
Randy Howard
PS. Please see the new picture and information I had posted with the picture.

Could you remove the duplicate memorial for Sinai Welt?

Are you related to him?

He is in my family tree as his daughter, Rosa Welt, married Louis Straus who is part of my Morningstar family.

Thank you.

Giuseppe Alessandro "Joseph" Zito4th Request:Giuseppe Alessandro "Joseph" Zito
Good Evening- I just clicked on the Find a Grave Memorial for my great grandfather-Joseph Zito(Giuseppe) and found that it has been merged. The memorial includes personal family photograph and other information that I had gathered and posted in my memorial for my GGF. I don't know why it had been merged into your memorial, but I am requesting that this memorial be returned to me. Thank you

Lazar Ludwig Bergler is my husbands great grandfather. On the memorial there is a note he died at 55, can you tell me where you found this information. I have been looking for Lazar for 20 years, have found close to nothing.
Thank you,

George Seely
Hi Darly and Barbara,

I have transferred some of my Seely memorials to Dee Poole. In doing so, I noticed that I caused you to add George Seely as a duplicate because I had him as being William George Seely. Please delete your memorial. Dee will be adding information as well as correcting his name.

Pleas accept my apology for causing this problem.
