I have been doing genealogy since 2002 when my sister requested that I help with some research at the library she is the director of and I was hooked since then.|
I have found numerous family members alive and passed on and I've found that I really enjoy reuniting family more than anything.
Most of my family comes from southwest Missouri with a sprinkling of family from Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. It's been an interesting trip that I plan on continuing for quite some time.

You created memorials for two of my great-grandparents, John Wesley Fugitt and his wife Charlotte Barber Fugitt, in White Cemetery in Stone County, MO. I was just wondering if you are related .

Hi, are you descended from William Barrow 1787-1870? I have John Edward Barrow & Jemima as his parents, and John's parents as Thomas D Barrow (1717-1777) & Jane. I am especially interested in John Edward Barrow's brother, James Barrow, Sr 1750-1804. Does anyone know anything about him? --Karen

You should put all this on his memorial. Thank you for the notation on the memorial about his burial date being explained as being 2 months after he died.
Walter was my grandad's brother and according to the family Bible he was born 15 Oct 1881 but he was enumerated in the 1880 census as being born about 1876, the 1900 census as Oct 1874, the 1910 & 1920 born about 1877, the WWI Draft Records as 15 Oct 1877. He was, after all, in a nursing home and they were notorious for not keeping very good records or verifying information given them at that time. As to when he was buried, all I had was the newspaper obituary and that was the date therein. As we know newspapers weren't all that accurate with dates either. Thank you for clarifying the burial date. I hope I don't sound too catty but I wanted to give you all the information I had as to his birth date, whether correct or not.

Thank you. I don't have much info that is new, but I have noticed a few things on some sites. The headstone is even wrong on one of the grandparents (Charles Wesley, I think).
