TO THE MEMORY OF MY GRANDSON: |
Jackson Clay Helbig #53341847.
Geraldine Reese Clay #141130625.
Thank everyone for their prayers over the past few months. My mother lost her battle for life on earth and has joined her family in Heaven. I am grateful that I could share the last two months with her at home where we made wonderful memories.
I give priority to the edits on my profile page as they are easier. You will notice a new format on the "Suggest a Correction Tab" which includes adding family links. This is the best upgrade Findagrave has made in my time here.
May God bless each of you in 2015!

|Eleanor Morrison Lawson||Ruth Jones King Memorial# 26795331|
David, I believe this is the Stelma Geneva Ruth Jones who married James Franklin King.
They are buried at: Floral Garden Memorial Park
I hope this is the same one. I know she married him and there is an inscribed message that says they are together forever married 62 years.
Please check and see what you think. That is what I have on my family file. If this is incorrect would you please be kind enough to let me know.
I am Eleanor Morrison Lawson (firstname.lastname@example.org) I am 88 yrs old and working hard trying to verify the files I am leaving for my descendants. I want them to be as correct as I can get them.
I would also like to say THANK YOU for all you do to help others through Find A Grave.
|Margo Erick||Donivan Boner|
Thank you so much for so quickly adding the parent edits for Donivan; he is not my direct line but is a brother of my granddaughter's gt. grandfather. I very much appreciate your putting up such a nice memorial page for him. I love seeing families reconnected here on FindAGrave. I was also drawn to your grandson's memorial. Having two very young grandsons myself, I give you my sincere sympathy for your very sad loss of this precious little life. It was also a surprise to note your name, David Solomon, as my father's name was Solomon, and I named my 1st son David Solomon. He, too, was taken from this life much too soon. ~~ Margo #48563438

Hello again David
Could you please add this to Cosmo Benson's memorial.
Cosmo Benson, of Reidsville,
Buried There Today,
Lived Few Hours
The funeral services for Cosmo Benson, prominent business man, Reidsville citizen, who died at a local hospital Friday afternoon as the result of injuries sustained from being thrown from an automobile near Reidsville Friday afternoon, will be held Saturday afternoon at the Main Street Methodist church of Reidsville, and interment will be in Greenview cemetery.
The accident in which Mr. Benson was hurled from an automobile, as W. M. Cutshaw, who was driving the machine, suddenly jammed on the brakes to clear a passing car, occurred near Nanceís spring about three miles from Reidsville. Mr. Cutshaw was not thrown from the car but remained in his seat uninjured. Mr. Benson apparently fell on his head. Mr. Cutshaw said that he was not driving fast at the time of the accident.
Mr. Benson was a brother of Mrs. R. G. Stockton, of 5 Springdale Court, Greensboro.
Mr. Benson is survived by his wife and five daughters. Mrs. Clarence Smith, of South Boston, Va., Misses Elsie, Helen, Margaret and Louise Benson. Mr. Bensonís parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Benson, live in Reidsville. Mrs. Lottie Carter, of Washington, D. C., is a sister, in addition to Mrs. Stockton. There are three brothers, William S. Benson, of Reidsville, Charlie Benson of Florida, and Harry Benson of Arizona.

Happy New Year David!
You were good enough to enter my great aunt and 2nd cousin into Find A Grave many years ago. Their son and brother has had them relocated and sold the family plot at Greenview Cemetery. I thought you would either like to remove or amend their information so here is the original information. I would like to see it amended with a notation as their are other members of the Benson family at Greenview and I knew from past records that Elsie and Irvin were buried there. It was only after contacting the son that I was able to find this information.
Elsie Benson Thompson 67915234
(Edward) Irvin Thompson 67915226
They are interred in a niche at Woodmont. Thank you so much for your volunteer time. Please contact me if you require additional information.

I don't know where Connie is buried. I do believe that she was cremated and the family has her remains. She died at hospital in Winston, I haven't been able to get her death certificate. I've lost contact with her children and all her siblings have passed away. Connie's spouse is buried at the Salisbury National Cemetery but don't think she was laid to rest there. I'll let you know if I do find out.

Merry Christmas to you David. I probably saw that there was a duplicate for Eulis McDaniel but I went ahead and placed the token anyhow. I have a very hard time skipping the name of a veteran even if it is a duplicate. I want all veterans to have a token, even if it will be removed sometime later. Be Well...
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you Mr. Clay, my long-time Find A Grave friend! And also, I would truly be honored if you added me to your Find A Grave Friends List! Take care sir, and please let me hear from you!

Thank you so much for the transfer! I really appreciate it! He's the one who got me into ancestry! Been going strong for a little over 5 years now! Hoping to leave a book or website for future generations!

David, that is such a beautiful picture you added on her memorial. Connie was married to my mother's brother Robert H. Fink. My maiden name is Seamon. I thank you for such a nice memory of her.
