Mary Ann Parker update
Mary E. (called Mary Ann)Parker is my great grandmother. She was born in 1850 in Georgia. She died May 22, 1907 in Lena's Switch (near Muldoon)in Fayette Co., Tx. She is buried in Old Muldoon Cem., now called Pitman Cem. in Muldoon, Fayette, Tx. She married William A. Johnson, Oct. 8, 1874 in LaGrange, Fayette, Tx. They had 3 sons, two of them apparently died in infancy or childhood as I can find no info on them except a mention of them in W.A. Johnson obituary. Their surviving son was Eddie Haywood Johnson, Born Jul. 23, 1878 in LaGrange-died Jun. 21, 1945 in Houston. He is my grandfather. He had 3 sons, Max Augusto, born 1899,Frank Edward , born 1902, and my mother, Myrtle Johnson Rowlett Henderson, born 1904.

Benton & Marshall Counties
http://genealogytrails.com/miss/benton/extinct_towns.htm

I understand that many of the Beck family died at their plantation and surrounding area of Marshall County, Mississippi. That same area is now known as Benton County. I have deep roots there and will be visiting for the first time in September. It appears as though my ancestor's records for Tippah and Marshall County are now in Benton. What do you think?

Oma Foy Peirce 47711572
I put in a SAC edit for her maiden name. Her maiden name was Foy. I don't know where the Davis name came from. Her Father: Frederick Oliver Foy and mother: Caroline Elizabeth McCord. Her parents married 6 Dec 1877 in Caldwell County, Texas.

Thomas Jefferson Bates and Laura Louisa Massey
I have a different Thomas Jefferson Bates as the husband of Laura Louisa Massey - I have Thomas Jefferson Alexander Bates (1851-1951) born in Georgia. He was the son of James Madison and Sarah Ann Elizabeth Williamson Bates.
Do I have the wrong Thomas J Bates??

Thanks for your help.

Lyne
you have pictures of Lillian Lyne attached to Kathryn Lyne - what is the relationship?
You also show John Fuller married to both Kathryn and Octavine Lyne - are the girls related?
Kathryn is listed as a daughter of George Washington Lyne but he would only be age 12 when she was born.
Thank you for any help to clear these items up for me, Deanda Lyne
