|Daniel Champion||right Sheriff Brewster?|
I see you? have Van Allen Brewster as the son of Sheriff Brewster and his wife Celinda Wortham Brewster buried at Coosa Valley in St Clair County, Alabama. Are you sure THIS Sheriff Brewster was HIS father? I do not have him as one of their sons. I was thinking their last son died about 1872.
There was another Sheriff Brewster who lived in the northern part of St Clair County and lived during the same time period. Cousins. This one in the northern part of the county was actually sheriff of the county during the time of the Civil War.

I found a picture of this couple in an antique mall. I often buy old pictures with names and try to return them to a family member. Didn't know if they were kin or not, but did put a partial of the original on their page. If you are kin and would like to have the original, please contact me. The original - they are both seated and it is a full picture.
