Bio Photo I am a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, the Jamestowne Society, Descendants of the Signers of the Declaration of Independence, the National Huguenot Society, and the Colonial Dames of the 17th Century. I just love researching family histories. I taught Jr. High English in the public schools for fourteen years. I was an Elementary Counselor and a librarian for fifteen years.

I would love your contributions to the pages I've added. I especially want pictures of the people I have listed here. I am taking pictures of all the tombstones in my area in order to preserve family histories for future generations, especially those who wish to join DAR and other societies. I want to honor these people and truly wish for them to be "Gone but Not Forgotten." I want to create a page for each person with pictures and biographical information. My DAR webpage is at

You're welcome. I guess I'm rather bored lately! lol I purchased a year's access (again) to the Herald and have a lot of fun adding the obits to the memorials because it makes them seem so much more personal. If I start driving you crazy let me know. I appreciate your doing this for me on your memorials, and there are plenty! :) You have been a very busy beaver. All of us "misplaced" McKinneys appreciate your time and efforts!

Have a safe and happy 4th!

Hi Linda,
Jennie Douglas is my Great Grandmother.I have information I would like to add to her Memorial.
If you would transfer her Memorial to me I would be so grateful. Thank you for all your contributions to members of my family and all other work you have done.

Re: Susan Ellen York Gann Bio
Thank you for adding the bio to Susan Ellen York Gann's Find a Grave for Williams Cemetery in Licking, MO as her mother Letha L Moore Dorman Busby was my grandmother's sister and it was helpful in knocking down some brick walls for me. Again, Thank you very much!

If you need any of the information concerning any of those 3, let me know and I will forward the obit directly to you if you need info before it gets posted.
