Bio Photo I am TOTALLY addicted to FIND A GRAVE! I try to research every person I enter, to the best of my ability. Any info, questions or a goof up on my part, drop me a line. Would love to hear from anyone!!! Be kind, I'm only human.

Please don't be nasty and "demand" a memorial transfer. Ask politely or you will be ignored.

On July 23, 2015, I was informed that newspaper obits can be copied, add newspaper publication & date. Find a Grave rules.

On April 12, 2016 my mother passed away and I'm pretty busy right now settling her affairs. I apologize if I am slow with your requests.

Thanks
Thanks for the compliment. Glad we could get rid of the duplicate (even though it was my place to do it)

You are not so bad yourself...hard act to follow.
Blessings.

Alice Chapman
Dear Ms. Kaufman, When you found Alice Chapman's grave in Elm Lawn Cemetery, Bay City, did you by any chance notice if she was buried next to a man with the surname of Williams? When Alice married Duane Chapman her surname was Williams and she indicated this was her second marriage. I think her maiden name was Umberg or Umberger. The handwriting on the marriage index is illegible. I would be most grateful if you could tell me the first name of Mr. Williams. By the way, Duane is buried in Forest Lawn, Saginaw. Best wishes, Natalie J. Woodall, PhD

Harold and Peggy Hanbaum
Rosalie,

Thanks so much for your help.

I worked on the Hanbaum memorials again this evening and found a bit more info by going through old newspapers. Now I think I have things straight. Finally!

I hope you don't mind, but I quoted a few of your words in the bio when describing Peggy Hanbaum. They truly sound like wonderful people, so I wanted them to have fitting memorials.

I really appreciate the information you sent and enjoyed reading the bio you wrote for Peggy's mother. I can just picture her from your description!

Best wishes,
Lynn
