Hi Everyone -
Back when I was 8 years old, my grandpa,
Paul Joseph Peter Allen, helped me make a family tree for a school project. Back then we didn't get that far...LOL. In 1999, I found that project and started working on it again. Now I've got over 20,000 people connected to my tree. I think my grandpa would be proud of what I've accomplished, thus my name, ♥♥ My Labor of Love ♥♥!!!
I'm a "Genealogy Pack Rat" and it's time that I shared my findings. I hope I was able to help someone with this information.
Take Care & God Bless -

My goal is to attain what was once lost or forgotten. To investigate and then document my finding to further an ancestry or find a loved one.
But most of all, making sure everyone is remembered no matter how short or long they were on this earth or what accomplishments they did or didn't do, that they are remembered and their story is told!

First and foremost, you must be related to that individual‼‼‼ (ex: grandfather, grandmother, father, mother, uncle, aunt, cousin, etc...) I really don't care how many generations back, you could be a 4th cousin 5x removed, as long as the lineage is there!
If you meet that criteria, please use the Edit tab on the individual that you would like transferred over to your care. Then select "Suggest a correction or provide additional information". Please include your Find A Grave ID #, relationship to the individual, and that you would like this memorial transferred to you.
I'll transfer anyone that isn't in my family tree. But if it happens to be someone that is, closest relationship to that person wins ☺!

I think it's selfish for people to take possession over a photo taken, so please feel free to use any photos that I post.

Thank you for taking the time to photograph Shirley and Robert's headstone for me. I apologize for the delay in thanking you. For some reason I am not receiving alerts.

Thank you very much for your kind offer, and posting the information. Did someone give you the information? Lake Park is our family cemetery and there are a lot of James and Rachel's descendants there. do you know anything about the Shanks?

Thank you for contacting me about this memorial. I will look through my photos from last year for the lot at Spring Lake. There were a couple of stones I was unsure about. However, I should note that he was listed in the 1929 Honor Roll at Root St./East Aurora, which is odd if he was re-interred in 1919. There are a remarkable number of interments listed in this lot, which seemed much smaller than average for Spring Lake...I suppose they might have been "stacked" but I am suspicious that in some cases only the stones were moved rather than the remains.

I am concluding that you are the granddaughter of Austin Burke. Rosa Sheeran Burke was a first cousin of my Grandma Margaret Haas Adams.
I have just completed a long genealogy of the Mullaney Family. That is Rosa's mother's immigrant family. They came from Sligo on the Sarah Maria into Quebec in 1847. I would love to share this poignant story with you. Of all the descendants of the Mullaney family of 3 girls the Rosa/Wm Burke family has been the most difficult to include and research. I spent a whole day in Milwaukee looking through the city directories to track the family and visited their (Rose/Wm)graves at Holy Cross, but have had no one to really get info from. I would be very appreciative of a contact.
