|Don Bedwell||Earl Bedwell|
Valarie, I just now read the post on your profile about the other person moving their memorial to the correct cemetery, causing a duplicate. I have just now requested that they remove their duplicate memorial for him. I am sorry for the confusion, I may have mistakenly sent the first request for removal to you, instead of them.

Valarie, I think you must have misunderstood, I would never harrass ANYONE. I am sorry that you feel that I am harrassing you. That was not my intent. I was just tring to find out why both you and Larry have a memorial for him.

Sorry for the loss of your brother. He was a great contributor.
He had made a request for a photo of Earl Bedwell's gravestone in Greenwood Cemetery in rural Dallas County that I thought I'd get for him. When I decide to fulfill a request I always do a little research. I've gone on wild goose chases before so it doesn't take much to check first. Since Earl died in 1947 I looked at the 1940 census and found he died in Muscatine, IA - far from the rural Dallas County cemetery. Why? A little more checking led me to the Greenwood Cemetery in Muscatine where I found he was already memorialized with a picture of his headstone. Great! Mission accomplished and then reported my find and asked for the one in the rural Dallas County cemetery be deleted. Instead it was just made to appear in the Greenwood Cemetery in Muscatine. Now there are two there. I really don't care which one remains, only that there not be two.
You say your brother put Earl's memorial up 8 years before the other one was (albeit in the wrong location). And you suggest I ask the other contributor (Angela Jando) to delete theirs. Their memorial #96850929 has links to his wife and father. The one you are managing (9396035) does not. That is the only reason I asked yours to be deleted.
Like I said, I really don't care which one remains, only that there not be two. Don't you?
I'm beginning to feel a little sorry I got in the middle of this. I don't feel it is my place to ask the other contributor to remove theirs. Don't you think that is your responsibility?

I was excited to find all the info your brother posted on the above mentioned memorial. I was in the process of sending him a note when I read the sad news. Thanks to Larry's hard work, I now have a few more missing pieces! Do you have any idea where he got this information? Are you possibly related to the Miller, Gracy, or French families?

I have deleted the photo of the stone for David Moseley as you requested.

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear of your brother's passing. Thank you for taking over his memorials. Memorial #6358616 has an incorrect spelling of the first name. It should be Marguerite as in the photo. Could you please make this change when you get a chance. Thank you!

You are quite welcome. If you find that I have created memorials for any other family or friends, please don't hesitate to ask for a transfer.
Hi! I've noticed that your brother had added several Damp members and I was wondering if you were related? I have more information for the family members and their memorials.
|Dear Jayne||RE: Meeting You|
It was very nice to meet you. Come back again and take the next tour on the list. I didn't get to see the photos.
|Paula (Anderson) Templeton||RE: Maj. & Blanche Downer|
