Thanks for trying to get the gravemarker photo for me. I believe this is my great grandfather and I guess I'm not surprised that there is no marker on his grave. If this is the man who was my great grandfather, he abandoned his family in San Francisco and returned to his native Canada after the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake and Fire. | | | David Christopher

Hi Susan,
Thanks for taking the time to photograph the grave for me.
The Memorial Inscription refers to a PRIVATE J. WARRINGTON. This is very surprising as he was aged 53 when he left England in 1924 and gave his occupation as a farmer!
Below his name are the initials C E F. Do you know what these relate to as I haven't seen them before?
