Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on our family trees for over 30 years. I enjoy discovering the history and places our ancestors have been. Summer 2008 we traveled to Maine and saw where my husband's maternal relatives were from. The old Buckley family home still stands and has the street named after them. I have lots of tombstone photos I need to add.

In 2008 our church purchased the property which includes the Hayesville now my interests are expanding outside of our own family tree. It's good to record, photograph and document all we can for future generations.

I'm a bit confused. Is Al Nolan on Find A Grave and needing a link?

Burger Cemetery
The only Burgher Cemetery in Davis County, IA
IS SPELLED BURGHER and not BURGER. This cemetery was started on my great-great grandfather on his farm. I wish that this is corrected.

RE: Goldinstedt - Burgher Cemetery
You are so welcome. I know it's fun to find out new information about people in our family tree. It's amazing how many infants were born and died between census records and, therefore, are "lost."

Good luck in your search.

Christian Goldensteadt
I believe this is the same person as Cristian Goldinstedt (114659904) buried in the Burgher Cemetery in Davis County. This would be the only Burgher Cemetery in Davis County and the other cemetery was listed as Burger. The dates match your entry, so I thought you might like to know.

Hi Tammy,

I can't recall having tried to delete photos, but I might have. Thank you for the link to the historical photos, I always enjoy those.
