|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
Thank you very much for the token you left for my angel daughter Traci. She was a wonderful gift from GOD, and she's in my heart and mind every single day. Her passing has left major holes in the hearts of her family and friends.
I appreciate you helping to reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th. Actually, thanks to you and other findagravers, so far today Traci has received 6,026 flowers/tokens. That makes my family and I extremely happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I'm thankful and blessed for your kindness. GOD bless you for your heavenly heart.
I am so overwhelmed with all the findagrave friends requesting flowers/tokens for my Traci. Thank you ever so much!
This is something I wrote for Traci:
It was a cold, quiet night at the cemetery. The snow was falling gently to the ground. The only sound that could be heard was the whistling of the wind. Off in the distance I suddenly heard the tiny sound of jingling bells. I looked around and wondered where the life was in the stillness of this cemetery.
As I gazed around, I saw a ray of moonbeam shining down on a small Christmas tree.
I thought to myself, "This is where the life is in the cemetery!"
Ring the bells this holiday season in memory of those you love.
Sharon (Traci's mom)

Don't jump all over me – I haven't done anything wrong. And since you have apparently removed your ancestor's page I couldn't remove my tombstone picture if I wanted to. As I told you before – when Larry Flesher & Alice Preston make things right so will I. I have been doing genealogy/cemeteries for over 40 years. I put blood, sweat, tears, heart & soul into my work. I have gone to a LOT of trouble to obtain most of my tombstone pictures. Even though I am not a morning person there have been times when I have had pain pills for breakfast after draging my old, tired, aching, fibromyalgic, arthritic body out of bed very early to visit a cemetery so as to get the sunlight at the right angle. I have endured blazing hot summer sun & bitter winter cold. Have also braved poison ivy, poison oak, chiggers, ticks, mosquitoes, snakes, pigs, horses, a goat, crawdads, spiders, been bitten by a fire ant & been chased by cows. Trekked through shoulder high weeds, crawled on hands & knees through thick brush, been scratched by briars, climbed through or over barbed wire fences, climbed trees & even fell in a creek once. All to get at & photograph those long lost cemeteries & tombstones to preserve them for posterity. Therefore I don't feel that I'm being selfish, unfair or unreasonable for being upset when someone posts my pictures under their name. And at my age I will not sit back & politely let someone else take credit for all of my hard work. If you want to jump all over someone then go after Larry & Alice. They are the culprits in all of this. BTY - I have reported Larry Flesher & Alice Preston to Find-A-Grave. And if you give me any more trouble I'll report you too so back off!

I got your message about the tombstone picture for your ancestor. Have you asked Larry Flesher & Alice Preston to remove the pictures they posted from the 2 Capt. John Hughes pages? The pictures they posted are actually the picture I took. Larry Flesher did NOT have my permission to post it on Find-A-Grave. I gave him permission to post my tombstone pics on his Washington County GenWeb site but nowhere else. And Alice had my permission to post them on Find-A-Grave but when I found that she was not crediting me on all of MY pictures I was very upset. I went to a LOT of trouble to get many of those pictures & when they are posted under someone elses name it gives the impression to many people that they took the pic when they didn't. I haven't been able to get Larry or Alice to remove my pictures that they "borrowed" so I have been gradually going through & posting MY pictures to let people know that I am the photographer. If you can get them to remove MY pics that they posted from your ancestors pages then I will be glad to remove mine.
