I started doing genealogy in 2002 not knowing that it would become my passion. I began to look at other sites for grave memorials but most lacked photo's. Then I discovered Find A Grave and became hooked on it as well.
Valentine W. Young will Hi, thank you for the added bonus when I pulled up the information for a distant Great Grandfather. How was it you came across the will? Are you of any relation? Many thanks. If you so choose, you may contact me at my email email@example.com.
Jane Elizabeth Adair Penny, Jane Elizabeth Adair's maiden name was Craig. She was my 2nd-great grandmother and the second wife of William M. Adair. Please correct your listing to reflect her maiden name.
Also, Robert Hilyard and William Lewis Adair were two of her children by William M. Adair. A third child was George Benjamin Adair (Find-a-grave # 77999181) if you would like to link him to her.
I'm wondering if you and I are related. My mother was an Adair from Goodwater!
Priscilla Frost Davis Ok thanks. She is my 2G grandmother and i have been searching for her husbands grave, Lune V Davis, and noticed the new gravestone and wondered who had placed it there . Thanks for taking the pics !!!
RE: Rufus Marion Mackey We took pictures of tombstones in Lamar Co. to enter on Find A Grave, when we were searching for our relatives there. But the Mackey's were not one of them. So we know nothing about this family.
I noticed by a photo you uploaded, that a couple of years back you visited Buchanan Cemetery. As I'm sure you know the cemetery is on private land. I'm curious if you happened to remember whom you talked to in order to gain access. I am a photo volunteer in that area and would like to be able to fulfill a couple of photo requests for Buchanan if possible.
