a child, knows that losing a Child, No Matter What Age,

Tragedies do take a toll on our
lives in more ways than one!
They affect our very existence.
Our minds our bodies.
Tragedies cause lots of stress,
whether we realize it or not.
Stress is an awful enemy
of both mind and body.
A tragedy of any nature
we live with ALL our lives.
There is no worse Tragedy
in ones life, than losing
a child. May God truly bless

Ye, believe in God, Believe also in ME.
In MY FATHER'S HOUSE are Many Mansions,
If it were NOT so I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you,
And if I go and prepare a place for you~
I will come again and receive you unto MYSELF,
That where I am, there you may be also!

RE: John Washington/John Wesley McCollum
Hi. Davis McCollum submitted that photo of John W (Washington or Wesley) to John Washignton's page. I was going to reach out to him and ask the origin of the photo. Thanks!

John Washington McCollum
I just noticed your record for John Washington McCollum is a duplicate of one created Oct 30, 2007 by Wes Phinney. His id number for John Washington McCollum is 22565684. Would it be possible to merge the two so there is no further confusion?

Robert 'Bob' Jones # 45545506
Hi Becky,
You have posted a picture to this memorial and stated that you are not sure which man is Robert. I also have a copy of this and Robert is on the left front and his brother Ayers is on the right. The left back is Payton/Peyton/Paten(I have seen all spellings) Jones and John Timothy Jones on the right. Both are sons of Robert 'Bob' Jones. Thanks for posting the picture.

RE: Love to know
I am not familiar with the jones place but I am always up for an adventure. It would just be nice to see and stand on family ground. I love close to Jacks and I've been there many times. I knew they had a place out there just didn't know where exactly. I went to blue ridge to find a lot of them. Thank you for your valuable information!

Love to know
The Earley's are my great grand parents. Even though the homestead is no longer there I would love to stand there and look out at what once was. Could you tell me where it stood on Jacks River?
