Very helpful. It's actually my husband who's looking for the stone, so I'm going to give him your directions and see if he can find it. I'll let you know if he gets a chance to look for it before this weekend.
Appreciate the help, hope you're having a good (right now) freezing almost-summer

Hi Karen, hope all is well with you. I'm trying to find out where the Sherman Burial Ground is in Hurd's corners, Pawling. I notice you posted a picture of the single stone of Benjaminn & Deborah Sherman. Do you remember where the grave is at Hurds Corner? Is it on Rt 22 or on Hurd's Corners Rd. If it's on 22, do you remember if it's on the east or west side?
Hope all's good with you

Thanks for the remembrance. Looks like you are still active on the site.

My understanding is St. Matthew's church and graveyard in Black Brook, NY area, which is west of Au Sable Forks on Silver Lake Road. Would like address of the Cemetery so I can locate it on a map.
Thank you so much, Karen, for the photo

HI KAREN OR ANYONE,
Do you have directions or address for St. Matthew's cemetery and the St. Matthew's church if there is one?
I live in Hawaii and planning a NY trip there later this year, and would like to visit my ancestor's graves and their church - BOUDREAU's
Thanks for the transfer. This helps in getting this family together. ~ Dawn

Hi Karen....thanks so much for posting your picture of Margaret's headstone. She was my dad's favorite aunt. When I was very young, she took care of me while my mother visited family out of town. I'd stop by when I could as she grew older but that was less often after I moved to the west coast. Really sad that my career took me away from her. You'd never find a more considerate lady, but wrong her and you'd find her tougher than steel. She almost made it to the century mark!
Thank you so much for the Krusky transfers. I appreciate it very much!

Karen, Thank you for posting the cemetery marker for Silas Belding, possibly a 6th great-grandfather.
