RE: John Mann's grave photo
You are so Welcome. I am usually West or North. I am not really familiar with this particular area. It is laid out fine and fairly small, but not well marked and few requests come to Q.
I had no idea where I was. I was about to quit for the day, and return with more info from the records.
I JUST HAD To take a pic. Use my guild stone and get my feet wet and I will know where I am tomorrow.
The Pic I HAD TO TAKE, I got to the records and it WAS MANN.
SO Armed and dangerous, I went back yesterday and started with HIM and Using HIM, and My Map, I took out 6 in Q and 41 total other searches.
{J and E are nightmares compared to Q and I am familiar with them. J Missed 1 completely ugg.
E has its own eco system and I only checked 3 locations. One is Rough terrain but there were several requests and I can almost tell you the few stones that are on that hill. I have no idea why but that hill makes me sad, every time.
.
In total 41 stops, Only 11 actually had a stone. I have to go back to 2, with no stones but I was sooooooo close within inches.

Actually the further we get into recording these burials, Stones will all be records. We will be left with only those who never had a stone, OR a stone are lost [prob to gophers. in this cem.}
As long as I can find ENOUGH surrounding guild stones to pinpoint unmarked burials, and guilds like Mr. Mann who will help me find these burials, I am all in.

This one was a pleasure. THANK You for the opportunity.

THANK YOU
HAVE FUN

Thanks again.

My pleasure. Pure coincidence that I was there today and saw your request. I am in Hudson, Ohio. Let me know if there are others you need around here. Happy holiday weekend.

RE: 2Lt Narron 56361999
Hi, thank you so much for telling me about the duplicate memorial situation for 2Lt Narron. The headstone in the NC cemetery says "in memory of", which would lead me to believe he is NOT buried here, but in Italy as the older memorial suggests. The lady who added the duplicate memorial is VERY good about making corrections. I will contact her and explain the situation and ask that she remove the duplicate. I will be happy to add my photo to this older memorial. I apologize that the quality of the headstone photo is so bad. I was at this cemetery at the worst possible time of day! Now I know when I need to go to get better photos. The cemetery is 40 miles from my house, so I won't be able to get there right away, but will do so as soon as possible. When I get a better photo, I will replace the poor one with the better one.

Again, thank you very much for contacting me and pointing me to the correct memorial.

Hi, thanks for the added info. I have made the updates you requested. I am not related so if you would like me to transfer this memorial to you, I would be happy to do so.

RE: The Gage's
I think Maria was born in 1789.
Her brother, Zebulon, was born in 1779.

RE: Maria Harriott Pike Gage
Do you mean Thomas Wardell? Where did you find his birthday? Anderson Gage was born in 1798.
