Find A Grave Memorial# 25527218
I know you don't have this memorial anymore but I found a Duplicate memorial for Ninan Beall at 85790505 thought I let all know in case you notified ever about this in future. It a bit confusing and looks like same people. Some information different as well. I am trying to see if we can get these two memorials merged so not as to confuse people researching them. Ninan Beall my 7th Great Grandfather.
|Jack Cady||RE: Thora Cady|
I don't have a Thora in my family tree (yet) but who knows...
My direct Cadys came out of Wisconsin and Minnesota and then to the Newberg/Hillsboro, Oregon area about 1872.
My first Cady in the West was Edwin Lewis, a civil war vet who married an English immigrant named Elizabeth "Betsey" Cutland.
There was a somewhat famous author with my name, Jack Cady, but he is no relation and was in the Port Townsend area when he died not too long back.
What can you tell me about Thora?
|Eileen||Colleen W Huff Smith photo request|
Regarding your request for a photo of the gravestone of Colleen W Huff Smith, the city of Walla Walla cemetery database lists no such person. Is it possible she went by a different name? I have checked all the burials for 2013 and there is nothing even close to this name. I have checked every "Colleen" who is buried here and her name is not there. I have checked "Huff" and there is no Colleen on the list. Do you have a plot number, by any chance? Please let me know.

|jcaacs77||Steven Abla photo request|
I have the photo of Steven's marker from Park Hill Cemetery in Vancouver, WA. If you submit a request after changing the cemetery location I can post it. There is a nearby marker for Larry and Ruth Abla. (Ruth doesn't have a death date listed.) I'm assuming they are the parents.
I have pictures of that marker too.
If you'd prefer I send the photos to you so you can post please email me at email@example.com

|jcaacs77||Stephen Abla request|
I'm the photo volunteer that claimed your request. I'm sorry for the delay but Evergreen Memorial Gardens could not locate any record. As you may or may not be aware, the Clark County Genealogical Society's burial list indicates (at least my reading) that Stephen was originally interred at Park Hill cemetery then moved to Evergreen. When Evergreen was unable to locate I contacted Park Hill. According to their records it was the reverse. Stephen was interred at Evergreen then moved to Park Hill. I just got the info and am going to try to visit Park Hill tomorrow to see if there is a marker. You will need to change the cemetery name. According to Park Hill his grave is in Section P, Lot 159, Grave #5. His father is there too but I'm not sure if he is buried in the same grave or nearby.

Thank you very much for the transfer. I have connected her to her family and will add a biography.

I saw your request for a picture of Nancy Potts TS on Find A Grave.
If Henry was her husband, he could have died young. Have you any information that Nancy could have married again. Did Nancy Potts have any children?
I found a marriage for Mrs. Nancy A. POTTS and Jesse Welsh 25 Feb 1883, Polk Co., MO.
This couple had two children (at least).
Nancy must have died and Jesse Welsh was married again.

I was wondering where you obtained his birth date? I know he was born in Chicago, Cook, Illinois and according to the 1900 US Census, his birth date is listed as Oct 1855 (which is different than yours - 1 Jan 1855). Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
