Anna "Robertson" Dimmick
Thank you very much for the update on the gravestone. The problem is that Anna's recorded surname at marriage was Robertson, which bio questions.

Interesting. Beyond the core Gerrit Hendrickszen (Gerrit, son of Hendrick, aka Blauvelt) family, most of my Dutch related research has centered on either side of the NY/NJ border from Rockland County, NY south to greater Newark. If I run across the patronymic Dutch "surnames" you mentioned I will be back in touch.

The benefit of sunny and warm South Florida is that there is no snow to shovel up or down a steeply sloped driveway.

Thank you for your reply and look forward to your re-reading of the age inscription. I have requested Find-a-grave to transfer the memorial to me. As per my earlier message to you, the maiden name "Robertson" is problematic.

Thank you for originally erecting this memorial. May I ask whether you personally read or verified the gravestone inscription this memorial, specifically Anna's numerical age at death? Despite what the Coventry, Conn. vital records state, her purported surname Robertson is problematic due to errors and the flip-flopping of the surname Robertson vs. Robinson in the Coventry VRs. Thanks for your help.
