RE: Hiriam Clark
It's not a military marker, so I doubt his service record was ever inscribed on the stone. Only the very top of the stone had ever been inscribed, leaving room for other family members who never join him. Even though I couldn't read the inscription I could tell it was never more than 2 lines with an "In Memory" type of phrase in an arc across the top. About the only decipherable part of the inscription is the Dash Dot Dash meant to separate Hiriam epitaph from later inscriptions.

You are welcome. I'm glad that one worked out. Coincidentally there was a request from another contributor for a member of the 124th Pennsylvania Infantry. Did a double take when I arrived at that stone.

Hi Jane. I added the obituary to the other memorial. I sent all the update info to the person that has the other memorial. It may take a couple weeks before it gets updated. In the meantime I will wait until the other memorial is updated before I delete mine. Thanks for spotting the duplicate.

Heading there tomorrow. I am also going to look at their books to see if there is anyone else they have listed there not on your list. Will try to get them to you all tomorrow if not definitely by Thursday

Will you send me everyone you need from the 124th or are looking for and I will look while I am there that way I can get them all at once?
