Bio Photo I've been researching my family genealogy since 1998. It's addictive. This is a great way to honor them.
Most of my memorial pages are part of my family tree, but there are a few who are not relations. If you happen to see a relative who belongs to you, I'll be happy to transfer them to you.

Chisam Family tree questions :)
Hi There, I believe we are related because I keep seeing your posts on here of my family member. Thank you for all your work on this! WOW you have done a lot! I believe John “Hickory” Chisam is my 4th great grandfather. (“Hickory”, William Chisam, John Overton Chisam, Cleo Chisam Seals, Ernest R. Seals Sr, then Ernest R. Seals II was my father.)
I did have a couple of questions I was hoping you could help me with. On William M. Chisam, it’s list on here that his parents are John “Hickory” Chisam (1779-1855) and Celia Jane Hash Chisam (1814-1895). I think his mother is really Mary Ann Harris Chisam (1782-1891) by the searches on And then on Celia Jane Hash Chisam’s page on here, it says that she is one of three Hash sisters that married 3 of the Chisam brothers then it says the sons were Hickory John Chisam. I only found two sons for John “Hickory” Chisam. I only have William who is married to Mary Lodema Cotton Chisam (not a Hash) and then Overton Chisam who was married to Celia.

Thank you for any help you can give me :) Sandi Seals Johnson

Requests at Bellevue Cemetery
Thanks so much for taking the pictures of the Tibbles and Dow families. I really appreciate it. I noticed that there was a request for Curtis Maxey that was not able to be fulfilled. I rechecked the cemetery list to make sure I didn't make a mistake. It does list him there, but I noticed that other members of the Maxey family are buried in Lot 40, Section 3, and I'm guessing it was a mistake on the transcriber's part and he is actually buried there (Lot 40, Sec. 3, Grave 2). I don't know how often you get out to the cemetery, but if you're there again soon, you might want to check there. Thanks again!
