Bio and Links
Bio Photo My name is Marie Garrett and I have been researching my family tree for many years. The names include Dubus, Emerson, Gross, Garrison, Jett, Hamann, Harvey, Knight, McCurdy, McKee, Morrison, Mygatt, Ruyle, Snodgrass, Snyder, Starr and Webster. I am now extending that to include my husbands family of Garrett, Vaughan, Dacus, Greer, Hudspeth, Turner, Yates, Wall and Wortham. I am sure there are more out there. If you are researching any of the same names, please contact me - I may have information that you are looking for!

I feel that I am a temporary caretaker for the graves that I manage. I will happily transfer graves to those with a closer connection than I have.
You have my permission to use any of my Headstone photos, for your personal use, just please give proper credit by using:
Photo courtesy of Find-a-grave member #47088809, Marie Ann Dubus-Garrett.

Also, if you will, please stop by my parents memorials and leave a memorial. For it is because of their sense of family and service to God and country that my duty in preserving the past compels me in the research that I do.
My father's memorial is Find A Grave Memorial# 32945392 and my mother is Find A Grave Memorial# 32943948

Thank you!

Millard & Mary Hosford @ Oakwood in New Baltimore
I added the joint headstone today and will return after a thaw to get close-ups of their names. The wreath is frozen in place & blocking the names and is is bitter cold in the single digits this week.

I reviewed the cemetery records today at the library. I've updated their profiles per your photo request until the weather breaks/thaws for photos. Millard is buried with his 2nd wife Mary Margaret. His 1st wife was Mabel Parsons who died in 1988 in Idaho per ancestry.com.

Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi Museum ?
It says the son of Alice Woosley is 70 and wishes to have someone take over the Museum.

Is he the person you indicate that has done research on the Gray Family?

His Mother and Father are buried here at Metairie.

The Other Gray in this cemetery..are you related as well? I am helping a friend that his parents are buried in this cemetery and has not been listed as yet. Edward Silverburg Gray
We are trying to find a connection to him. His wife and also Grandmother Minnie Price-Peterson is buried here as well but not listed as yet.
I think the family is in the cemetery due to it being the place for that family to be buried.

Hello! I would love to help if I could. The reason I have posted so many pics for that cemetery is because it's such a pretty area, that I enjoyed spending time there. I spent a few days there taking photos of every gravestone I could find and writing down what each stone said if I couldn't read it in the photo. So, unfortunately, if it isn't up on find a grave, I did not find a stone. That does not mean it isn't there. I strongly suspect there are a lot of unmarked burials there. I haven't had time lately, but if I do get some, I will stop in at the museum and look at their burial records to find out if I they have a record of her burial. Do you believe this is where she was buried because of where she lived at the time of her death? If so, there are a couple other cemeteries in the Munden area that I could check as well including Ida Cemetery. If you don't hear from me for awhile, feel free to remind me at jenrenc@gmail.com - thanks!
