My name is Paula Jackson. I am the mother of 2 wonderful children and a wife to a great hubby. I love animals (I have 4 cats: Chance, Melinka, Mickey and Gypsy), reading, writing stories, playing games, photography and bowling but most of all I love doing research and genealogy work.
I have been doing genealogy research, both for myself and professionally, since 1997. I have been a member of F-A-G for over a year but only recently (April 2011) have had the time and opportunity to become a serious volunteer. I think F-A-G is a wonderful place and my pledge is to help as many people as I can in getting pictures of stones. Even though I live in Owen County, I am willing to go to the counties that surround me which are: Clay, Greene, Monroe and Parke. I spend a lot of time each day putting up memorials, researching at the library and online for information to add to memorials and 2-3 days a week trying to fill photo requests. At times, it gets frustrating but mostly it is rewarding work.
Anyway, I will gladly transfer memorials if they aren't part of my family. Please send me an email with any request you have. My address is email@example.com. I check my email often and will make corrections as soon as I can. One thing I ask if there is an obituary or information that I have added to the memorial, PLEASE be courteuos and leave it there along with credit of me as the one who added it. I spend a lot of hours at the library hand-copying obituaries then typing them up. I also spend a lot of time researching on ancestry.com. I really don't like the idea of my hard work being in vain. Thank you! :)
If you have time, please take a moment to visit my memorial for my mother Marjorie Shear. Thank you!!
Also please visit Baby Herschell. This baby has no family to tend to its grave. I found the grave overrun by weeds. My husband and I cleaned up the area and will continue to keep it nice. If you would leave a flower for him/her I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
Also if you could leave flowers for Bryan Haltom it would be greatly apprecaited. He was murdred at the age of 18 and the crime is still unsolved. Please read his story. Thank you!
Also, a visit to my memorial for PFC Brett Wood would also be appreciated. This young man died while fighting for our country. Thank you!
Also please visit these famous people whom f-a-g won't give credit to:
1. Cinematographer--Lauron Draper
2. Poet--William Herschell
3. Boxer--Ace Hudkins
4. Actor--Elderidge "Kit" Carson
5. Actor--John David Carson
6. Conductor--Dino Anagnost.
Thank you for your kindness, take care, God Bless You and happy hunting!! :o)

Thank you for the Transfers! Have a GREAT day!
|Ron||Earl Ralph Hacker|
I entered a memorial for Earl Ralph Hacker, Find A Grave # 81581925 and you added a great picture of him. I have been informed there is a duplicate memorial but with a cemetery stone photo. Could you add your photo to Find A Grave # 147111197? Then I will delete my memorial. Thank you

I'm interested in having the memorial 72178143 (
catherine Miller), my Grt Grt aunt transferred to me. If this is not part of your family I'd love the transfer. Also, the transfer of her husband, Jacob and three children. Thank you so much for all your hard work. You're awesome!
My great great grandparents lived in Owen co during the early 1850's they had one son born & died there his name was Emanuel Hanes I think they lived in or near Spencer. I was there once but did not have any luck finding anything and was very limited with time. I would sure appreciate it if you could find where he is buried. I will look up the family tree and see if I can get more accurate dates if that would help. Thanks in advance for whatever help you could give. June Butler

Thank you so much for editing the memorial. I really appreciate it. He was the only uncle I never got to meet. My mother is sending me the picture of the grave in the next couple of days. Thank you again!

I attempted to e-mail you at the address on your
profile page, but delivery failed. Do you have an e-mail address that I could use for a longer message? You may post to this site or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
|The Blue Bird||wells correction|
I sent you an edit for a memorial of yours. The fathers name is correct, but I just realized the mother was not Bertha Wells. Please don't make the suggested correction.
Thank you very much for the transfer of the memorials for Watson Wesley and Catherine Pryor memorials (Riverside Cemetery). Best wishes.
