After retirement from being an elementary school teacher, I have become more involved in genealogy. Visiting cemeteries has helped me complete some missing facts of my ancestors. Since it is impossible to visit all the locations where ancestors are buried, I have found findagrave.com to be a way to see the stones of many of my ancestors.|
Memorials that I have in Newton, Barry, and McDonald Counties, Missouri, and Ottawa County, Oklahoma, are not related to me. I have found these stones walking cemeteries and taking photos of the stones. Memorials that I maintain in Jasper County, Missouri, are not related to me. I would be happy to transfer any of these memorials to family members. The reason that I have added photos is to help families find their ancestors.
Please do not post death certificates or obits in the photo section of memorials that I maintain. I would like for this space to be available for descendants to add personal photos. Thank you for helping with this.

If at all possible would I be able to get these transferred to me? They are grandparents. Thank you.

Thank you for the obituary. Quick question, is Cardwell Memorial Hospital located in Neosho?

If you would like you may transfer #91109774 and #91109814 for Mary S. Stafford-Pruett and her son Elishe Pruett to me # 47644729. They are distant relatives of mine and I already have three other family memorials in Longview Cemetery, McDonald County. MO. If a closer relative should request I will transfer these to them. Thank you.
thank you for the transfers it is really appreciated

Julie thank you so very much for taking the photo of christine's gravestone its beatiful. Christine was my half sister, I never got to know her but always wanted to know her. I didnt even know she exsisted until I was an adult. I have been searching for years and had given up. Fate helped me find her when i started a family tree. I was so saddened to find her a year to late! But i was happy to know she lived a good life and was so very loved. Thanks again Martin Swetmore
