Stafford Cem I posted from the Stafford Cem, but the photos aren't too good. It needs to be photographed in the late afternoon & I was there this morning. I'll try to get back next week & get good photos. Bev
Eva Haggard I'm sorry about the photo for Eva. The sun was very bright against the opposite side of the marker and I could not get a good exposure on Eva's side. I'll get another photo on another trip to that section.
Ashby Hi Betty, Just stopped in to say "Happy Easter" to a distant cousin!! Went to visit the Ashby Cem. in Lincoln Co.,Tn. last fall..met Curtis Ashby..nicest man ever. The Cem. is on his land..plan to go back for better photos. Hugs, D.
Daniel Shay in Grove Hill Cemetery Daniel is buried in Grove Hill in Section R, Row 14, Space 11. He does not have a tombstone. Looking at the photo the stone at the top center belongs to Margaret Ellen Webb of Franklin County. She is in Space 9. The tombstone in the foreground belongs to William K. Price. He resides in Space 14. If Daniel had a marker, it would be half way between these other two stones. All these graves are individual spaces and are not a part of a plot. I have yet to research to see who might reside in Spaces 10, 12 and 13 as they also do not possess stones. They could very well be unclaimed or filled grave spots.
