|I will gladly add any information that anyone wants added to a memorial that I have made. I will transfer to DIRECT relatives (parents and grandparents). I do need information before transfer is made though, your membership number, your name, etc., and how you are related. |
For any memorial I have added I will make family connections. I can only connect to parents, not children. It is quite impressive to see how far the family line can go. I thoroughly enjoy my work with find a grave.
It is my hope the work we are doing, will benefit the next generations in their family tree search.
Thank You each and every one of you that have/will email me corrections.

Diane, Terry Carson is not buried in the Blue Grass Cemetery. His obituary says he was buried in Durant Cemetery, Durant, Iowa. I am in possession of the official burial records for Blue Grass Cemetery. -- Sandra Tennyson
|Nancy Ulmer||Elizabeth Benue Freeman|
You have incorrect information about Elizabeth Freeman. Her maiden name was Bowne, not Benue. There are several variations in the spelling (Bowne,Bonue,Boune,Bonne,etc.) Her parents were Judge James Bowne and Mary (Stout)Bowne. Mary Bowne was the daughter of Richard and Penelope Stout. Elizabeth was born in Woodbridge New Jersey 1763. If you look at the marriage record you can see it does say Elizabeth Bowne (Bonne) married Henry Freeman May 16, 1695.

2. Also many more articles on the Stout family, Bowne Family etc.
**If you look up Penelope Stout there are many articles about her
**Mary Stout Bowne and Judge James Bowne are my 8th
**Elizabeth (Bowne) Freeman & Henry Freeman are my 7th G-Grandparents.

Just want to draw attention to a date typo for my cousin George P. BUCK (Alcock Cemetery, Bremer Co, IA, Memorial number above). Data on the page lists his birth as April 1873, and his death in Jan 1881. If you look at the photo of the tombstone, you will see the April 1873 date is the DEATH date. My cousin George BUCK was born in the summer of 1864 in Iowa and is found on the Frederika, Bremer, Iowa Census in 1870 with his father John BUCK and step-mother Maria Lucy RONCO BUCK. He died at the age of 8 years 9 months 15 days in April of 1873. Thanks!

|ljrh||David Izak Smock|
Per the "1870 United States Federal Census" David is the son of John Wesley Smock and Amanda Smock. Amanda's age is 33 which would put her birth year at 1836-1837. I have a copy of "Iowa, Marriage Records, 1880-1937 for George W Smock which lists his his parents as John Wesley Smock and Amanda Lasher. George and David were full brothers. There is no way David was married to his mother, Amanda Lasher Smock. If you have other information to the contrary I'd like to see it. As Ancestery.com as nothing to contradict my data.
Amanda is my great-great grandmother and thus David a 2 great uncle. I want my family data as accurate as possible. Thanks for your help. Feel free to contact me at my firstname.lastname@example.org
