I went ahead and moved the picture for you, but normally I do not do so as it is no fault of mine, I was trying to do good, and creating a memorial without a burial place is not good, Then the memorial gets moved to your management and you found my memorial with the picture and expect me to delete my memorial it appears because mine is a duplicate. No it was not a duplicate I created as there was no memorial at Elm Ridge with James O Gaumer so I added it.
I do not care about deleting a memorial it is the idea that this is done and act like I created a Duplicate. Wrong!

Picture moved and mine deleted

Have a great day

HI Jeanne,

So glad I was able to take the picture, by chance are you related? and how?
Creating a memorial with out a burial place makes it non existent burial place known. That is why I take pictures for the proof of name and place of burial.

Robert M. Adkins
Hi Jeanne,

There is one more correction that I would like for Robert M. Adkins #18562093. This has to do with his children during his marriage to Mary J. Kinyoun. On the findagrave there are seven children listed. Two younger children were not listed until the 1900 census. Stella M. Adkins born in 1888 and Glenn Guy Adkins born in 1892. I have sent to your regular email more information on this family. I have also sent you the family group records for his family. There were two sets of twins in this family. Thank you for your help.

Robert M. Adkins
I submitted an edit to show that he died in Red Oak as he lived there for a very long time. Before this he lived in Henderson which is where his wife Mary J. Kinyoun died. With this new information regarding his death I will request an obituary from the Red Oak library. Next week I will send you additional information on his family. He was actually married three times. He had three sons from his last marriage.

Robert M. Adkins
Hi Jeanne,

I forgot to mention in the previous message that I had submitted an edit for the date and location of death for Robert Adkins. I cancelled this today. In May I had done an edit for David and Susan Adkins #18118426 & 18107542 for the actual dates of birth and death that are still pending. I also submitted a relationship link for them this morning. If you could process this it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Robert M. Adkins
Hi Jeanne,

After a very long time we now have a date of death for Robert M. Adkins. This is thanks to the State Historical Society of Iowa. They have death records for most counties in Iowa up to 1939. I went to the death records in Montgomery county and Robert M. Adkins is listed as having died on Dec. 22, 1938. It has been eight years as you added him on findagrave #18562093 in 2007. I had done this before in other counties, but did not think about looking for him until now.

RE: Kinyoun Adkins at Hopeville IA
Thanks for the changes. The date for the marriage of Mary Ann Parker Adkins, findagrave #18473984 to Booker T. Witt was on Oct. 9, 1827 in Bedford County, Virginia. She also had a son who died during the Civil War. His name was Reuben P. Witt. He was originally buried at Memphis National Cemetery findagrave #3175406. Although he still has a gravestone there it appears that his body may have been removed for burial in Macksburg, Madison County, Iowa where he lived. His findagrave at Bullock Cemetery is #11786111. His wife is also buried at this cemetery. Thanks again.

RE: Kinyoun Adkins at Hopeville IA
I am greatful to you for all of the ancestors you have added at the Hopeville cemetery. These would be Adkins, Williamson, Shields and other relations. I cannot remember what I may have written to you. Here are two that I would like to recommend for you to change. Mary A. Witt Adkins, findagrave #18473984. She used the surname of her first husband Booker T. Witt who died in 1850 in Indiana when she married Wyatt Adkins. She married him Oct. 9, 1827 in Bedford County, Virginia. Can you change her maiden name to Parker as this is her surname at birth. You can find this at Melita Alice Adkins Emery, findagrave #19212417. In your notes you have that her son James Emery was born the same day she died. This is what I thought until I sent for his obituary in Red Bluff, California. His obituary shows that he was born March 25, 1868 in Hopeville, Iowa. He is on findagrave #119475857. The 1900 census also shows that he was born in March, 1869 instead of 1868. Thank you for your help.
