Bio and Links
Bio Photo Sorry, I broke my ankle and will not be able to take photographs until late December 2013. I have not forgotten them and will return as soon as possible.
I am Janis Bergquist, living in Volcano, Hawaii. I love history and researching my ancestors, and find that I learn so much history in the process of photographing headstones for "Find a Grave".
My Bergquist parents and grandparents are buried at Flagler Memorial Park in Miami Florida. I am looking for the graves of other family members...mostly from Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY.
Last names are: Bergquist, Carlson, Matthews, Gieb, Niclaus, Dubois, and Beer. My family came to the USA between 1875 to 1893, from Sweden, Prussia, and Bavaria. They became very proud Americans. jlh

cemetery change
to change a cemetery place i found its best if you change it first to ashes with family and that makes the cemetery go away and than you change it again to the proper cemetery

RE: Benjamin Oili, Sr.
Oh, I am so sorry. You are correct that he is buried in Hilo and married to Josephine. I guess I have been requesting photos from the Veteran's Cemetery in Kaneohe for some of my other ohana that I just kind of wrote my reply without thinking. My apologies.
