Living a little too late. IQ 150 and very proudly old-fashioned in my interests and principles. I am a genuine Christian and am completely HONEST. I regard graveyards and cemeteries to be home to silent true friends.
My aim is primarily to record people who I believe are good and worthy and that especially DESERVE remembrance. I do this with care and love for TRUTH. So many people are either forgotten or have lies recorded about them. And the more famous or uncommon a person the more lives they are supposed to have lived. This often does not originate from confusion and mistakes but from conceit -- transfering one's identity to someone else, individually or as a social and political fashion -- and malice.
My principal interests are writing, fine literature, classical and romantic music, history, old films, foreign languages, art, thinking and walking. The memorial of Beatrix Potter at Find A Grave is mine.

Hi Tm, Yes, I feel for your dad. Poor thing. I dont want them again either. The doc said stay away from calcium and drink lots of water to keep my kidneys flushed out. Both stones ive had were calcium. I also had another i passed on my own in 2001. It was probably the same. My brother Tim has had them before several times. Thank the good Lord he has been able to pass them his self. He dont like the hospital either but his reason is because it was where daddy passed away. They were close. He misses him a lot. We all do. He wont go in the hospital even to visit someone.
I agree with you and your mom. Theres something wrong in everything we eat. My mom has a bad heart and congestive heart failure that she takes medicine for. She found out bout it after my dad died. She cant have salt, caffeine, etc. Has to really watch what she eats and drinks. Im very close to my mom like you to yours.
Im feeling better this morning. A bit sore in my side and back but better then i have felt in the past month. I'll try to get some lite work done but also get some rest too. Thankfully im blessed with my husband and 3 children, ages 20, 22, 26, who still live at home, they all help me out around here. Especially my daughter Angel. And my husband who cooks better then i do. hahaha. Oh well.

Your welcome. They had put the stent in from my kidney to my bladder to keep inflammation down from going in to get the stone out of the tube that goes from the kidney to the bladder. Its so the tube doesn't swell shut from surgery. Time change my diet. I don't want to do this again.

Hi Tim, If you get a double message its because for some reason the 1st ones under review.
I got a earlyer doc appt. and just got back from getting the stent out. My back and sides not hurting but it burns and hurts from them going in my bladder to take it out. They said i might get kidney or bladder spasms later today from it and to take my pain meds and drink lots of water. Im going to rest the rest of today.

Hi Tim, Thank you. Im still feeling rough. The stint is causing pain in my back, side and bladder. I called the urologist for the appt. to take it out next week like hes soppose to but the receptionist said hes not there next week. Soonest he can see me is Fri. May 17th. I hope i can handle it that long but ive saw on the internet people have had them in for months. Ugh. Im taking meds and trying to rest.

Hi Tim, I just noticed you put me on your page for prayer. Thank you. Your such a sweet friend.
I got home bout 2 hrs ago and fell asleep. They doc said the stone was a big one and blocking the tube from my kidney to my bladder. He crunched it and pulled out the pieces then put in a stint that will be pulled out in a week. Ugh. Im still very groggy and out of it from them putting me to sleep and from pain meds. Im going to sleep some more and take it easy but trying to let a few friends know bout today.

Hi Tim, Oh, ok. I didnt know that bout different things for different stones. I'll try the orange juice. I read maybe soda pop too. But heard its hard on the kidneys. So i dont drink it a lot. Then i got a referal from my family doctor and after i take care of the stone she wants me to get my umbilical hernia fixed. So i have a appt. next week to talk to that surgeon too. Ugh! If its not one thing its another. But they say God don't give you more then you can handle. Even though we wonder sometimes. lol. But i love him and know hes there for me. Always was, always will be. : ) Thanks for the info and the prayers. I appreciate it more then you know.

Hi Timothy, Thanks for the info. I had a hard time with the lemon juice stuff with it upsetting my stomach. I'll try the baking soda and water. Thats what ive been using for heartburn since i found out i can't take Tums because of the calcium. The last stone was calcium and the doctor said stay away from the Tums. I'll give it a try.
