I'm located in Westford, MA. I'm married, and have two children. My oldest is a Senior at Commonwealth College, a BioPhysics major. My younger child, has joined his sister at UMass, a Sophomore, a Business major. Both my wife and I are Nurse Practitioners, both working full time. So I do my Genealogy and Cemetery Research when there are no demands from work, friends or family.... Seems.... there is NEVER time... ;o | |

 | RE: Morris Atwood memorial. Brad, Sorry I did not reply earlier. I only check my memorials or messages at FIND A GRAVE once in a blue moon. No, I am not a descendant of Atwood, but am heavily involved in research on the Civil War veterans buried in Australia and New Zealand. We have about 250 to 300 confirmed and verified veterans buried here, and about 150 Civil War veterans buried in America or elsewhere, who were born in Australia or New Zealand. What is your own interest in the Atwood family of Pennsylvania? | | | Terry Foenander

 | Morris Atwood memorial. Brad, you may be interested to know that Morris Atwood was the son of Holmes Atwood and his wife, Anne, and was one of five brothers, all of whom served in the Army, in various units, during the Civil War. One of the brothers, Richard, was killed in action at Resaca, Georgia, in 1864. Another brother, Hosea, died in Iowa, and there is a memorial page for him, also at FIND A GRAVE. A third brother, Oliver H. Atwood, served in the Mexican War, as well as in the 155th New YOrk during the Civil War, under the name, James Riley, and is buried in the town of Beechworth, state of Victoria, Australia. I can provide a bit more information on the family if you are interested. | | | IHRP & Family
 | Martha Hunt Atwood Hi, the information I have said she was 40 at time of death. That would be 1859. I will leave the DOB blank for now.

 | RE: Brad Potts OMG, I've wondered where you were and how your research has been going. I can't recall offhand how many ancestors you have in common with my hubby.
Nice to "see" you again!

 | Atwood Cem. Oops, sorry bout that. I cannot change the name of an existing cemetery. If its on there Find A Grave has to change it. You are more than welcome to contact them and see if they will change it. I didnt understand why you wanted to delete one cemetery since the people are all different. Am I missing something? | | | Kathy Thompson

 | Annie Morris at Wall Cemetery thanks for the information. I actually had her as a duplication too! I hate double entries! I try not to do them. Anyway, I moved my pic to the correct memorial and deleted mine! Appreciate ya!! Brandy | | | | [View all messages...] |
