Bio Photo If requesting a transfer use the edit tab on memorial for a reply

Explain your relationship in the request! No you don't have to be a direct relative to get the transfer but I'd like to know why. If you send me a lot to add to a memorial you may get the memorial!

Bulk surname requests will most likely not even get a reply.

Hi Jim,

You have added 3 photos to Mitchell Louis Bernson #95578066's memorial page.

Are you family? If so, do you have any photos of Sophie Jolles Bernson? Sophie was my late husband's great-aunt. Nana Mary Jolles Waterman was his grandmother.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Dear Mr. Jim Agar,
Your grandfather's name appears in "The Story of Wake Island" by Devereaux. He was stationed on Wake prior to the surrender and was listed as KIA, in this book. You may already have this information; But, one never knows for sure...

You can also request his full personnel file (OMPF) from the National Archives. When I requested my grandfather's (also on Wake) file, it had his boot camp photo in it (among other things)!!

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to correspond.

A friend of this lady, clued me in as to the connections, and I am still working on the others in the cemetery, attempting to see how they related. There are a bunch of people in the same lot.

Agar & Coleman kin
Some of your kin appear to be buried in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.

I have, at least, one of them and maybe more.
I am willing to make transfers to you.

Also, Theresa married Edward Ricard in 1845, according to Archdiocese records. I was wondering when she married William Agar. It is interesting William and Theresa named their first child after George Price. My ancestors, Martin Crane and Anastasia Price also named their son after George Price: that was George Price Crane. I understand that was the Irish custom, to name the first children after the mother's parents. The Prices were Irish. I do not know how much time they spent in Kentucky, but originally they came from Co. Cork, so we have been told.

Theresa was sister to Anastasia, Ellen, Katherine and George Price. Their father, George Price lived in Kentucky for some time, not sure when. Anastasia married my ancestor, Martin Crane. Theresa's mother was Mary Price who died in 1858 or 1859. I am looking into the Price family and Cranes in the antebellum years.
