I see you have Horsehead Cemetery listed as burial site, but I can find no such cemetery. Listed for Horsehead township are the following cemeteries:
Ogilbie Cemetery, Naylor Cemetery, McDaniel Cemetery, Hogan Cemetery, Harmony Cemetery, Hardgraves Cemetery, Edwards Cemetery.
Read more: http://www.city-data.com/township/Horsehead-Johnson-AR.html#ixzz34BmbptOx
Search yielded nothing in Spadra.
If you can determine which cemetery, I'll have another look at whether it's accessible.

Hi Sheila, I just fulfilled your photo request for Thomas Powers in Oakland Cemetery, Clarksville, AR (Find A Grave Memorial# 82954354) and I wanted to follow up a bit. First, per your note on the request, there was no indication on the stone that he is a War of 1812 veteran. Second, his name is obliterated from the stone because that is precisely where the stone initially broke. It is laying directly adjacent to his wife Rebecca whose name is clear. The birth year for Thomas matches so I have no doubt this is the correct head stone. It provides a date of death and age at death. If I can be of any more assistance please let me know.

I saw your photo request, live in Gravette, and will be glad to get that done for you, but any idea where the cemetery is located? There's no information.

I've added his spouse, Margaret Kaskaskia Totten....let me know if you're family and, if so, I'd be glad to transfer.

I found this photo request, and repaired 14 other monuments in Shover Springs Cemetery while I was there. I had a great day - Thanks Mark

You had said you were wanting to know if he was a veteran of the War of 1812. His marker did not indicate his veteran status. Mount Holly Association is going to publish a book in the next couple of months that will be about all veterans buried in that cemetery. Either contact them (early May) to purchase the book or contact me at my email address to see if I have already purchased it.
~ you live as long as you are remembered ~
The cemetery listing that I have that was compiled in 1996 has this information:
Allen Dowdle, Section A, Row 4
16 Aug 1775- 12 Nov 1858
War of 1812, h/o Martha Dowdle.
His wife Martha is interred here also, and there is an addition/correction to the listing stating that Allen Dowdle appears to be the oldest person buried in this cemetery.
I hope this helps! I'll stop and get a photo next time I get by there.
