Sorry for any further confusion. I'm going out to Milbank, hopefully, maybe I can ask around what the deal is. I know my great grandparents are buried in the Swedish Mission Cemetery in Vernon Township, and there's confusion around it's 'true' location. Things get a bit murky lol
I'll leave it in your hands. If I find something out I'll shoot you a message.
As for Delmer's obit, I think I googled it. Genealogybank.com has been an awesome resource for obits. If there not there, then I usually have to contact a newpaper archive, or historical societies are an awesome resource too. With that said, I've spent some change on all that. lol It's all fun and rewarding.
Good luck and thanks for all your work.
Thank you so much for posting grave pictures of James & Mary Winchester in the North Kern Cemetery. James Hugh is my half grand uncle. I have been researching him for years. I cannot thank you enough.
|Edna Macias||Thank You for Fernando Terminal|
I hit the button too fast on my previous post. Thank you for sharing the photo of Fernando Terminal headstone. He was 4 years old when he got killed. He was my mothers baby brother who died way before I was ever born. In 2009 my family went to Douglas to search for his grave there were nine of us, we searched for hours looking for his headstone and we couldn't find him and you just happened to find him. Giving thanks on behalf of my family and will add a photo of him soon.
|Dianne Holtquist||Lutheran Cemetery|
Hi, The Lutheran Cemetery is in Corona. There is not a Lutheran cemetery in Milbank. If you have questions, I grew up in Milbank.
Thank you for making my father's memorial #80659475 Robert Roy 'Check' McLaughlin & my mother's memorial #80659477 Julia Matalie Jenkins McLaughlin. With your permission, I have a few photos I would like to post to their memorials.....K.L. McLaughlin
