Thank you so much for an accurate & sensitive portrayal. If I read one more time about how the Ridge's and Boudinot "caused" the Trail of Tears I was going to beat my head against the wall! (My daughter is a direct descentant of Andrew Ross , who probably was in on the Echota Treaty signing for what he could get? How can you ever really know?) People who haven't studied the history of the nation and then open books in the middle think they understand and assume blame and so much bias! Was Chief Ross really that perfect as a Chief?
