I was born in NYC and have lived on Long Island all my life. |
I studied fine art and interior design. I worked in the trade until 2009 when I literally woke up one morning unable to walk and in constant severe pain. Since then nothing has changed.
My son Alex died of leukemia in 1997. FAG has been a WONDERFUL place to stay connected to him.
I thank all the kind people I've met on this site for their friendship and support.
Please bear with me. I have CRPS. It has left me unable to walk the last few years and in 24/7 severe pain. It does not respond to pain killers. It's hard to explain, you can google it if you think this sounds familiar to you. It often goes undiagnosed for years. If you see me gone for a day or two here and there this is why. It leaves me distracted and unable to concentrate.
Thankyou for all your visits to my little guy. Know that on my good days honoring your loved ones is a priority to me.
If anyone has had luck dealing with CRPS or RSD please let me know.
God bless you all.

Thank you for visiting my sister Lynne on her Birthday. It means so very much to me to see all the wonderful caring souls on this website. I hope you try to enjoy your day.
I replied to your letter from my page, then saw it on yours, then noticed the CRPS :( sorry it must be so bad for you, bless you.

Hi there Allison,
Your very welcome, I do like to flower now and again, i'm not on very often these days.
Ahh yes, I did Karac's memorial in 2010, with what I knew and was corrected by some unknown person (who knows, it could have been Robert!).
I hope you are keeping well?

Thank You for asking for Ron's link...I will put it back up right now. I tend to only leave family members up for a few days at a time because I have been so lucky and my pages get visited so much, but I am very touched that you would ask - as said, I'll do it immediately. =) Have a good day - Hugs, RCP and Gannon Blue

Know what you mean about that unconditional love. I have always thought cats are God's angels on Earth.

Sophie is the grey one in the picture on my bio page. Savannah is her sister. Both happily being spoiled rotten. Sophie is on my lap as I type. My youngest daughter just took in the middle aged cat a friend's aunt can't keep due to health issues and oldest daughter is fostering kittens.

Don't know what "new kitties" you're talking about. My oldest daughter is fostering 3 6 week old kittens ad the younger daughter has taken the older cat of an aunt of her best friend. So I guess the grey one, Smokey, is new to the family but is an older cat. I know Alex is fostering little kitties in Heaven as well and smiling broadly.
|Mario Ragucci||You Allison|
Fit or fat, ill or well, on or off.....YOU are thought of by me way out west in Seattle. Thinking of you today, as everyday. Not much happening with me, just trading my time for money. That's what it's all about, right? If I save up enough money, maybe when I "retire" I can buy myself extra years with the money I make now. Hope that brings a laugh, if you needed one, anyway, I am thinking of ya. Get well, ride it out.
Dear Sweet Allison,
Sorry to hear about you being ill. Hope that you are feeling better. You are in my prayers. My Mom's husband is a pastor and when we get there I will put you on their prayer list. Take care and God bless.

|Traci's Mom||Your health|
Allison, thanks for the info on your disease. I have a better understanding. I'm so sorry that you have to deal with this health problem. It, obviously, is very painful. You are always in my prayers.
I so wish Traci and Alex were with us. They went through such hard times but were very strong and were examples to us. You're right that we must try to be strong for them but it is so difficult. Even though Traci has been gone for quite a while, I've never gotten over it and never will. Her dad, brother and sister feel the same.
It's nice that you and I are able to keep in touch and, hopefully, can help each other since we have Alex and Traci in common.
Take care and keep in touch.
