Although I have been a member here for awhile, I have just started adding some of my family.|
I am in Modesto California and can help out with local cemeteries.
If I post a photo for YOUR family, you have my permission to use it. I can also email the full size image to you if you request.
Please don't hesitate to ask for a transfer!
To all of those who transfer my family to me, thank you so much. They all love getting tokens as well.

You did not list him in the cemetery. I will be more than happy to delete my entry once you add yours to the Knights Ferry Cemetery....let me know when that is complete.

No problem I was in the area getting a photo for a relative in Australia, it was only 8 miles further to get yours:
You may use the photo as you see fit: I assume that you have looked at Olive's memorial as I have added the photo to her as well:
I am going to email you direct as I have some other info that you might find interesting:
|Chris Doran||RE: Harold Holloway at Charlton|
Can you contact your friend and ask if she can recheck her source?
I've looked him up at www.deceasedonline.com where maybe she has a sub. I don't, but the free information there says there are 10 other burials at this plot, so it's probably a common grave, and thus most likely in C General (Consecrated cost more!) But Find A Grave isn't very happy about guessed locations, so if all else fails and he's important enough, you really need to grin and pay up! At least you'll be helping another 10 people. For an additional fee DoL offers a grave location map, which would be desirable, though I don't know how specific it will be – some of their maps aren't very detailed.
C Gen consists of an area of "normal" graves with headstones and kerbs about 5 rows deep next to the path, and further in a grassed area under trees with only a smattering of miniature headstones less than knee-high which are usually used for children or paupers. I suspect Harold is in this area. I didn't take any photos as it was getting dark by the time I'd given up searching C Gen.
|Chris Doran||Harold Holloway at Charlton|
Hi, Wendy. There are two Plot Cs at Charlton: Consected and General, both containing graves in the early 1900s. Do you know which Harold one is in? I managed to locate an unmarked grave at C(Con)403 with reasonable certainty this afternoon, but the numbering system (if there is one!) in C Gen defeated me. Regards, Chris.

Did you find anything on the burial of his son Frankie Lee Forbes. Have you gotten any pictures yet, curious on this end.
