Jack and Ruth Gravance
RE: Carrie Belle Henrich
Ellajean;

I linked Raymond and Carrie Cunningham, and added a photo of the granite marker identifying the section of the cemetery in which they reside.

I am not related to them, may I transfer them to you?

Jack

RE: john Chafin...
father-in-law of maternal grandfather of husband of grand aunt. This is how we are related. The Chafin/Chaffen are in our tree. I am sorry I did not get back to you sooner. Are they in find a grave? When I searched for them, they did not come up. The spelling might be different....Peggy

Is there any year of birth or death on this headstone that you can see? I'm wondering if it the one I'm missing, but without the years, I wont know. I see the birth date as th 16 of May (Kvetna) and death as the 4th of June (Cervna). Just wondering if maybe you can see if the years are visable...maybe another picture?

Thanks,

Cammi

RE: John Chaffin
Hi, Ellajean. You asked if I'm related to John Chaffin. I don't recognize the name, so I did a search on FindAGrave for him. There are 159 John Chaffins. Could you please send his memorial number or a link, please. I may be distantly related or perhaps related to some of his family, or I may have left a flower for a totally different reason. You can contact me through my email address on my profile page if you'd like.

RE: John Wesley Wheeler
The Northwest Missouri Genealogy Society now has a website - nwmogenealogy.com - and are putting on obituaries. There are 612 on there so far, but they have received over 1,000, so gradually will get them on. I checked and no Wheelers are on there yet, but you may want to watch it. I don't even know how many I've sent, and are going thru the 5 books again for those who I didn't enter in my data base before.

Those 5 books also have other kinds of articles, weddings, marriages, etc. I knew the two people who saved all those things, and from which the scrapbooks were made.

I knew Norma, Lois, Sonny, Jimmy Allen and Alice Reed because we lived in Agency at the same time when I was a teenager. Sorry they are all gone now. Norma was in my class.

Thanks for the transfer. That made it much easier to enter the article and make corrections.

Craig Cemetery
Am in process of fulfilling your photo requests for Craig Cemetery. Wanted to let you know Craig Cemetery no longer exists, however all of the graves formerly there were exhumed in 1930's by TVA in order to build Norris Dam and reburied at Clear Cemetery in Andersonville. I viewed county archive documents today at the library stating this. Its a bit of a drive, but I will try my best to photograph Clear in the next few weeks.

RE: William Wheeler
I haven't given up finding it, haven't really pursued it yet since i live a couple hours away. I thought I would get there last fall, but then it was hunting season. This spring I was told that the people who own the land surrounding it are "funny", but I haven't talked to them personally yet. If you do make it to the area and find it, please let me know! Thanks!
