Hi, I was wondering where you got the parental info for Wiley Robert Merriman #58612638? As far as I know, he is the son of my great grandparents, Robert Wiley Merriman (Memorial# 70072285) and Frances Rose Austin (Memorial# 52726006). Please don't think me rude, I am just curious because I know that Rose gave him and his siblings up when Robert died. I hadn't heard of him being with any Merriman's. I would love to find out what you know as I have been able to find very little.
Thanks for the transfer. You are just on of the best contributers out there, you are so helpful thanks a million. Donna of the Paines

THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE PHOTO
|Sam||Thank you for the photographs|
I greatly appreciate all your efforts at photographing the graves of many of our countries fallen heroes. I have a blog documenting numerous soldiers that were killed at Wounded Knee, and whose grave marker you have photographed. I've linked your photographs into several of my postings and cited you with credit accordingly. However, I want to thank you personally for your work.
Col. Sam Russell

Jana, Mart's full name is Martin Lee Arthur Van Buren Smith and he was married to Susie Ellen Findley. The Army stone is his footstone and I have added a photo of their headstone. There are conflicting birth years for him 1893 vs 1895.
Thank you so much for transferring my husband's memorial to me. You will never know how meaningful your thoughfulness is to me. God Bless You.
Thank you for placing this into find a grave. I miss Bob so much and now I can click in and see his resting earth place which is neat when I am not near picture albums. Thank you so much. Hopefully you will transfer this to me. Blessed be. His widow, Loudean
